Jessica Sierra received a break from a judge in Florida today.

The former American Idol finalist, rabid sex tape star and currently knocked up trouble maker was given three years probation and forced to do spend one year in rehab following her December arrest for assault.

Meanwhile, Sierra will appear on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, which she taped last year. It obviously went very well for her.
