Remember the good old days when Jamie Lynn Spears dominated the news? Well, pregnant little sis is back - and the celebrity news ain't good.
Since Britney Spears' 16-year-old sister announced she is expecting a baby with her long-term boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, many entertainment news sources have questioned the fate of her Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101.
Question no more. It was announced Friday that the fourth season of the hit "'tween" show will air as planned - but will be its final season.
"For now it looks like it has been canned," a Nickelodeon source said.
Zoey 101, a story about a cute young girl (Jamie Lynn Spears) who enrolls in a typically all-male school, is a hit show aimed at children ages 9-14.
But TV sources worried publicly that airing a season in which the now pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears stars will send the wrong message to children.
Come to think of it, the fact that Jamie Lynn's sister freaked out and had to be wheeled out of her home on a gurney wasn't good for PR either.
According to one report, Britney bragged to Jamie Lynn during her meltdown that she "wouldn't be the only Spears in the headlines this week!"

well many people looked up to her and she made a big mistake and now she looks like every other celebrity young pretty but wrong message but whatever thats her decision.

this is the best news any parent of young girls can have this week - what was Jamie thinking, she is a role model to many young girls - some role model she turned out to be, get rid of all the merchandise being stuffed down our throats on British TV as well - not sure I want my 9 year old taking any tips from her.

I think she is too young to have a baby at 16 she might be rich from her show ZOEY 101 but she still has to go to school what will she do drop out and not get her education? HOW WILL SHE RAISE HER CHILD ? She will need help I am sure that she will but I could be wrong. Before I knew that she was pregnant she was lots of kids role model but now she will be known as a bad example to kids who liked her show . I am only 12 years old and I have a lot to say to her when she started ZOEY 101 I looked up to her as one of my role models but now she is not one of my role models and probably not for a lot of kids.Now she will miss her teenager years just because she did not have safe sex. who ever reads this please when you grow up or if you are already a teen remember use safe sex.

jamie lynn spears made a bad mistake that is part of life! Like what you said zoey 101 is directed to ages 9-14 well everybody that age already knows about pregnancy and wont make any difference if she is pregnant sure she made a mistake but nobody CARES!we just want zoey 101 to continue.

ok yea she's pregnant but it was her decision to have unprotected sex let her live her life the way she wants to live it. There is thousands of young girls that are pregnant out there and no one says anything!!!!
nickelodeon can't fire her just because she's pregnant!!!! But wat they can do I'd use her pegnancy as something educational....ummm hello everyone makes mistake and on the show they can show her mistake and how she learns from it....then maybe it will still help out with those teens that are having unprotected sex. I think that it would help those young girls realize wat culd happen if u do have unprotected sex.

omg!!! they CANT cancel ZOEY 101 I LURRVE THAT SHOW pregnant or not? they shuld still show the show! i luv it! the show must go on!
