As shown below, Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib were spotted out until at least 1 a.m. last night.
Maybe that's why the train wreck of a pop singer didn't show up to her custody hearing on time this morning, as the proceedings began without her (but with a mohawked Kevin Federline).
However, reports currently state that Britney is due to testify at 1 p.m. PST. That's less than an hour from now. Will she actually show up? Will it even make a difference as far as the custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James are concerned?

His cap or wotever that crap is, seems to say it all. Somehow, this girl seems to fall for all the low-class crap around - like K-Fed dirt and now this Ghalib...! They are all dirty and she likes to stick around them!!
