Tina Fey: Paula Abdul Sucks
In news almost as shocking as Lindsay Lohan going to bed with Heath Ledger, Paula Abdul was a train wreck during her stint as Saturday Night Live host in 2005.
So reports Tina Fey in the latest issue of Playboy.
"I was pregnant [with daughter Alice] at the time and probably a little moody, but I remember thinking, 'She's a disaster! I gotta prop this lady up and get her on TV,'" Fey, who was head writer of the series at the time, shared.
Fey said Abdul was "disastrous ... in the way she generally appears to be. "It was an American Idol sketch; she wanted to change parts. So Amy Poehler had to play her."
A year later, the 30 Rock actress spotted Abdul on a flight.
"We both looked at each other like, 'Do I know that girl?'" she said. "And then we both had that moment of recognition, and she was like, 'uuuggh.' I saw it register on her face that she had had a terrible time with us."

Paula is the best! I love her so much. i have never heard of this tina fay but I dont like people who bash Paula, she's a sweetheart.

If Tina Fey has to stoop to talking smack about someone else it just proves how low class she is. Maybe she should try living off her own merits instead of trying to take other people down.
Paula is a real lady. Classy and dignified. Obviously traits Tina Fey lacks.

I think Paula is a great singer and means well, but Tina is very honest. If she said that she was a disaster then she was. She tells it how it is. Tina is a comedy writer and well therefore writes funny things about celebs, and its usually all true or ends up being true.

I think by definition if you have to stoop to insulting someone to get a laugh, you are not only not funny but you aren't very intelligent.
Obviously Tina Fey must feel threatened by Paula to have to attach her in such an ugly way.
Paula has a beautiful spirit and it is why she is so well loved by millions and for so long.

Obviously, Tina is allowed to have an opinion about Paula. But she has NO business walking around saying rude things about Paula, almost 3 years AFTER THEY MET! esp since she had never even brought it up before. why bring it up after 3 years?? Paula might not have liked Tina either, but she has never said a bad word about her in public. they dont even know each other, they only met once for god sake. Paula is a sweetheart with a very big heart.

I will not bash tina fey because she isnt even worth it, despite trashing paula for no reason. she is boring, she is plain, she is just your every day average woman, nothing special. Paula Abdul however is Not your average person, she is cute, charming, adorable, talented etc. Paula is everything positive you can think of to say.
