To me, it looks as though she had her eyelids done as well. Before she had nice wide eyes. After, you can see eyelids and they are more rounded. Nose surgery does not change your eyes. She had to have something more done to totally change her face :(.

she looks soooooo different. I dont think it was for medical reasons. SHe looks like a little plastic doll.

To the person who said she mostly looks different because of makeup and stuff...actually if you look at pictures of her from the side on other websites it is COMPLETELY different!

Way to get rid of your signature look and teach young girls that if you have a deviated septum you should also change your appearance. That is the lamest excuse. How can she say she doesn't stand for plastic surgery when she didn't have to change the outside look?!

Um...can you not get a deviated septum fixed without changing the look of your nose?? I just don't see how her reasoning makes sense.

I think she looks great. The before picture is of her all touched up and professionally done...of course she looks amazing there. But, she looks like a normal teenage girl on the right. She isn't wearing much makeup, isn't afraid to show that she too, like a normal person, gets bags under her eyes. I like her either way. She at least seems real. I give her credit, and applaud her new look.

She is still hot, but i think she should have kept her hair blonde. but other than that her nose is awesome! I like it better short.

Ashley is a singer{kinda} so I can absolutely believe she had the septum repaired for medical reasons. A deviated septum interferes with breathing significantly.
That being said, she was cute before and she's still cute. The blogger must have posted the two dorkiest pics he could find.

OKay all I have to say is she looks quite ewa now. I see a small difference in her nose, but I like her Before picture way better. She needs to stop dying her freaking hair before she like loses it all . She also needs to sleep more. I see bags under her eyes ^ _^

She looks a lot different for more reasons than just her nose. She is makeup is much different, her hair is even parted on the other side and her lack of bangs adds to the difference. If the "after" picture featured the same make up and hair, I doubt we would even notice her nose.

Ummm she looked significantly better before...also, anyone with a giant nose in the first place who gets rhinoplasty gets it because they want to make there nose smaller...blah to "it was a necessary medical procedure".
