I believe that is was a medical necessity, i have to have two of the same procedures done next month, because i have a deviated septum and other various problems. but both are considered medical necesities, i have never fully been able to breathe through my nose. but the rhinoplasty is also medically important because it reduces other parts of the nose that do not function properly, just ask my surgon!

Her nose was big before, but her face was unique and recognizable, and it had character. Now she looks like just another small featured nobody.

Ashley was definetly prettier before the surgery. and i, too, noticed something different about her eyes. i looked at a few other pics of her on the internet and found that ever since her nose job, she has been wearing a lot less makeup. and that's generally true, but it's not necessarily the same about her eye makeup. she wears considerably less on her face, but from the looks of it, in place of all the black eyeliner that she was wearing before around each eye, she is instead using white eyeliner on the lower inner parts of her eyes to make them stand out and appear larger. that's just my opinion, of course, but i have to admit, there's something significant that has changed about her entire look, not just her nose.

to jessica. how dare you say she looks like michael jackson. they are both the greatest people on earth. and people can change if they want to. your probably only saying this because you have a perfect nose. i know how she and others feel and im highly considering rhinoplasty so dont judge her or others when you dont no the full story.

it wasn't an excuse....cz she's got other problems too like she can't grow any fatter or any taller than what she is and she also has back problems. She told us that she would never have plastic surgery if she didn't have to, but this was 4 her health.!!

I liked her nose b4 she got it done because its to pointy now. she also looked better as a blond.
