Dear Ashley fans,
Just remember years from now when you've thrown away all of your Ashley posters and other paraphernalia, that a sensible, educated adult told you this:
You don't have to chop off pieces of the outer part of your nose to fix a problem inside your nose.
You see, what Ashley and Company forgot about when they concocted this "medical purposes ONLY" nose job story were the legions of people who also had deviated septums, went to have surgery, and came home with the same noses (on the outside, that isâ€"this includes my husband who had a wickedly deviated septum from a badly broken nose which was far worse than the couple of "small fractures" that Ashley reportedly had).
But I'm just a boring adult who needs to "chillax" because celebrities by default are so much smarter and important than parents are, right? Well, I'm also a parent of a huge Ashley fan and I won't stand for the deception.

septoplasty: internal surgery to fix deviated septum - medical
rhinoplasty: reconstructive surgery on the exterior of the nose - cosmetic

i think that if u want to be beautiful just be urself....u already make sooo much money and ur name is famous.......WHY?? would u want to put ur nose or ur face on the line to look beautiful.....ur famous for being urself......if u change ur looks in any way people will look at u different.....their not going to say Ashley Tisdale their going to say Ashley Tiswhoo????? u don't look like u?.....u look like every other american girl w/ the same nose job and face done...obviously u look the same as every one else.....LESSON LEARNED UR BEAUTIFUL FOR BEING U.....JUST BE URSELF......FAKE NOSE JOBS AND FAKE IMPLANTS.....CRAZY

trying to look like michael jackson???? wait until some times passes--it will look like %^&*. this type surgery always shrinks precipitously around the cartilage of the nose , ala the gloved one. HIs was changing so much-he kept going back for more "touchups"

people she didnt change her nose cuz she couldnt breathe or cuz medical problems cuz if that was true they would of done it earlier her nose was pretty god damn fugly thats y she changed it ok now its no even its 2 one side so her nose is even more ugly so ashley if ur reading it u let ur fans down especially me so i cant beleive u thought getting ur nose fixed would make you life better all it does is makes u hate ur self

I have no idea why she had to change her nose. The old one was much better! The new nose is an example of a bad plastic surgery - pinched tip and when you look at her from the profile your dont even know where the forehead and where her nose begins!!!I think it is terrible! If I was her I would shut myself at home and cry! Ashlee Simpson's nose job turned out much better!

Omg... Ashely u shouldn't have change ur face... Ur first face is fine but u can only change ur nose that's it I like ur face how it is u look like a barbie girl like a baby face... You all keep going on about she is going to set the wrong example and has not stuck to her words about some interview, whenmost of you are setting bad examples any way by judging how she looks, i meen if it was for medical reasons totally right, and even if it wasnt still right think how many celebrities have had surgery, i meen there still loved and still sucessfull, just leave the young poor girl alone, otherwise she might go mental like britney. =] x

She did have to get it because of a medical condition, she says, "I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose." It is true. I do agree she looked better before, but that is really mean to put her down. She never wanted to get it in the first place.
