they got the pictures backwards. the one that says after, is actually the before, and the before is actually the after. she died her hair blonde, and the one with brown hair is obviously before her nose job. if i had her nose, i would i have gotten it fixed too. she looks even more gorgeous then before now. <3

Give the poor girl a break Her nose looks fantastic. You just dont want to admit that she had a huge honker before. Ashley, you look beautiful. Don't listen to them....they are all jealous.

she looked so much better before and now that she did that they are saying her carer is down the drain oh yea and she didn't get plastic surgery for medical reasons she did it because of the bump on top of her nose

um that after picture doesnt look like her it looks like a lookalike person from a regualr person. and the after nose is worse than the before. she messed it up big time. ugh whata dsigrace

I think her new nose looks kinda crooked at the end. They also put in an after pic where she's not wearing make-up, so right off the bat she doesn't look pretty.

The correction of a deviated septum is septoplasty and does not change the appearance of the nose. You can combine a septoplasty with a rhinoplasty if you want to change the appearance of your nose, and this is the case with Ashley Tisdale. My husband had a septoplasty for his deviated septum because he had severe allergies, chronic sinusitis, and breathing problems from a broken nose that happened 5 years earlier. He was awake during the entire procedure, (they gave him a narcotic analgesic shot in his nose), and they simply rebroke his nose and reset it. Ashley can do whatever she wants, but she shouldn't misguide young fans by making it seem primarily for medical purposes. It was just as much medical as it was cosmetic, and she should tell it ike it is.
