Nicole Kidman is not pregnant, her Australian press representative said.
The rumor that Keith Urban got Nicole Kidman pregnant first reported by the UK's Daily Mail, which said the beautiful Oscar winner, 40, told friends and family over Christmas that she and her husband of 18 months were expecting.
But Australia's Melbourne Herald Sun now quotes Kidman's Australian publicist as denying the Daily Mail's story.
"It is incorrect," the spokeswoman said. "She must have had 30 babies by now."
As for Kidman, says the rep, "She's in Australia making a new film" - director Baz Luhrmann's epic Australia, co-starring Hugh Jackman - "and being with her family in Australia. She's happily ensconced away somewhere having a few days break. It's the silly season. As far as we're concerned, it's just another rumor out of London."
Despite wearing no pants in this classic photo, Nicole Kidman has never given birth to a child. Rumors that she is pregnant right now have apparently been quashed.
Still, a friend of Nicole Kidman's tells the Herald Sun it is "conceivable" that the actress is nearly three months pregnant with Keith Urban's child.
"She did have a small baby bump a month ago, so it would be reasonable that she'd now be three months and telling her friends and family," the unnamed friend, surely very close to Nicole, is quoted as saying.
Kidman and her former husband, Tom Cruise, adopted two children during their 11-year marriage: Isabella Cruise, now 14, and Connor Cruise, 12.
