That is very discriminating to Miley AND to Nick and she is 15 her dad is taking care of her so that comment addresses over Billy Ray's authority as Miley's father. and yes, i am sorta a freak fan. i just cant stand people trying to ruin my boys! and that whole miley and nick had sex thing is ridiculous. they both have purity vows, and nick has his poned ring. now miley with someone else.... (ok ya that was out of hatred for her but w/e) plus i doubt nick would have to guts to still wear his ring if they did. anyway... ya

ok, im probably veryy veryyyyyy biased in this, considering im 1000% Jonas fan and -1000000000% miley fan... in fact i cant stand her... but after they broke up (which they did, we know for sure...) im completely on Nick's side. i read that he said she was too clingy, she recently wrote "7 Things" which is rumored to be about Nick... i think he deserves BETTER than her. someone who didnt take inappropritate pics w/ her NEW bf and poster in a sheet for vanity fair...
