Jamie Lynn Spears Gossip of the Day: Casey Aldridge Not the Father, Nickelodeon Executive Might Be
We highly doubt the legitimacy of this Star Magazine story, but it's simply too good / funny not to at least share with our celebrity gossip readers.
The latest whispers in the Jamie Lynn Spears pregnancy drama indicate that Jamie's on/off boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, is not the father of her baby.
Star claims that the underage "sperm donation" honors, so to speak, may in fact belong to someone she knows in a slightly more professional capacity.
Sources tell the magazine that an executive on 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears' Nickelodeon TV show, Zoey 101, is the real father.
The exec is believed, of course, to be much older than the teenage mother, and could face statutory rape charges if the rumors turn out to be true.
Casey Aldridge, at 18 and less than two years older than Jamie Lynn Spears, is off the hook from a legal standpoint if he is, in fact, the guy who put a baby in that.
Jamie Lynn Spears' alleged boyfriend has been keeping a low profile ever since the dramatic pregnancy news broke, and insiders believe there's a reason for that.
Star insists Casey Aldridge has been paid off to be the Spears family's fall guy while the identity of the real father of Jamie Lynn Spears' baby remains a mystery.
"The man many people close to the family suspect is the father, however, would face charges and very possibly prison time if he were to come forward and admit that he had sex with Jamie Lynn Spears," a Star source claims.
The magazine adds "two separate Spears family insiders" believe the father is someone who works on Jamie Lynn's kids' show.
The pregnant Jamie Lynn has been working on Zoey 101 since she was 13.
"In Hollywood, little girls grow up real fast, and she is no exception," says a source. "With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her."
The celebrity gossip magazine also quotes a family member as saying: "Some of us doubt the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father."
"Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together? Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years. But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline's brother about a year ago. Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that."
Huh? She was looking to date Cameron Federline? We at least have to give Star credit for being creative in completely making up celebrity news.
And in another dramatic twist, the magazine also claims that Casey Aldridge had a pregnancy scare with another girl while he was dating Jamie Lynn Spears.
An insider reveals that "Casey Aldridge is a serial cheater who has lied to Jamie Lynn time and time again... This past spring, he was forced to tell Jamie Lynn that he'd cheated on her and gotten that other girl pregnant."

Hey i think all of this could be a big change for Jamie !! Andi really hope she does have a way better life than her Sis. Brit.Andi hope casey doesn't dump her for being pregnant if he is the dad !! I think every one makes mistakes and this only proves that she too is human and we all make mistakes. i think she should be left alone and all the persons talking should look into their own lives and make sure they don't make the same mistake. I will keep her in my prayers to keep strong and stay around positive people.

Jamie Lynn is just as normal as everybody else in this world! I agree everyone should just leave her alone. It is no one elses bisiness! I am sure that Jamie Lynn realizes that she made a mistake but she also knows that this child is going to b her responsibility and she will hopefully take care of the baby and love it with all her heart!
