    Kim Kardashian most definitely looks way better. Carrie's dress is too gathered at the hem which ruins the 'line'. And if you're going to wear a V-neck cut that low then you need something to fill it with!! Carrie should have worn something to lift and push her boobs together. Carrie's 'barbie doll' hair piece is so last century! Straight hair would look good on Carrie (On those few occassions when she has had straight hair she looks much more sophisticated and sexier too). On the other hand, Kim looks good with the line of the dress flowing naturally. Her complexion is also a better contrast to to color of the dress. Kim's hair style is very natural and falls nicely onto her shoulder.
