Report: Hulk Hogan Bought Son Pre-Crash Beer

According to The St. Petersburg Times, a receipt from Albertson's Liquor Store on the day of Nick Hogan's accident shows that his father purchased $78 worth of beer and ice at 2:14 p.m. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk bought the items and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.
The report says Nick Bollea and his pals spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hulk, as everyone consumed beers and had a jolly good time.

This is a typical "I take full responsibility" for my actions. Nick pleaded no contest... and will face his 8 months in jail. But to take responsiblity would mean being "responsible" for taking care of his friend. Serving 8 months in jail with some community service is nothing more than a mockery of our court system. Shame!
Well, like some people said, this is bad for everyone involved. The family of the kid who is crippled must be going through hell. It's over for the Hogan family financially. Now if we could only see jail time for people like George Bush etc for their crimes we'd be all set.
I just saw that nick got 8 months in jail for is car crash. Lately a lot of celebs have been getting their comeuppance in front of the judge... and it's about time! If a regular joe like you or I did what Nick did, they'd lock us up and throw away the key!
I knew something wasn't right with their family while watching thier reality series. They were so strict on Brooke and let Nick do whatever he wanted, and he's a year younger than her! Sorry, but boys need boundries just as much, if not more than girls. Though it's water under the bridge now, and I'm sure they've learned their lesson. My thoughts and prayers are with the friend that is in critical condition.
It's just a bad deal for everyone mostly the dude in the hospital,is there really a good ending?
