Paris Hilton is being sued by a woman who claims the spoiled socialite stole her look.

Apparently someone else wants credit for "skanky chic."

Nicolle O'Neill claims she's suffering from "emotional distress" because she's served as an inspiration to the fashion choices of the party-loving heiress. This is akin to someone seeking props for Amy Winehouse's social behavior, or Lance Armstrong's recent taste in women.

In a bizarre personal injury complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this month, O'Neill alleges that she suffers psychologically because of Hilton and accuses the 26-year-old of ripping off her style, including fashion-related "patens" (sic) and "stiling" (sic) tips.

More Paris Hilton naked would mean fewer lawsuits for the heiress. We're just sayin. 

There's a claim that Paris stole O'Neill's idea to expose her underwear under her trousers, while O'Neill also states the ex-girlfriend of Stavros Niarchos (and Tyler Atkins, and Alex Vaggo) swiped her idea to shop in vintage stores for retro dresses.

It takes a whole lot to get us on the side of Hilton, but this moron has managed to do it. She may wish to spend more time learning how to spell and less time wasting the time of U.S. courts.
