Producer Timbaland has gotten engaged to his girlfriend and publicist, Monique Idlett - and moreover, the pair just welcomed a baby girl!

Monique Idlett, 33, gave birth to their daughter just a couple of days ago, People magazine reports. The rapper and frequent collaborator of Justin Timberlake proposed to her at the couple's baby shower in October.

Timbaland, 36, and Idlett have been dating for two years, and "they're both really happy," says a source close to the mogul. "They've known each other for years."

This will be the first marriage for both Timbaland and Monique Idlett, who are reportedly planning to tie the knot within a year. Congratulations to both!

The "deteriorating financial condition" of Michael Vick has prosecutors out to secure nearly $1 million now in funds set aside specifically for care of the pit bulls seized from his dogfighting operation, ESPN reports.

The federal government asked Judge Henry Hudson to issue a restraining order that essentially would freeze $928,000 to fulfill Vick's legal obligation to cover costs of caring for the dogs and finding homes for them.

Michael Vick is looking at a prison term of up to five years when he is sentenced December 10 on a federal dogfighting conspiracy conviction. He voluntarily turned himself in and began serving his prison term as of early Monday.

As part of his plea, Vick agreed to restitution for the care and placement of the 54 pit bulls confiscated from his "Bad Newz Kennelz" property. A number of issues threaten Vick's ability to make good on the agreement:

• An arbitrator's ruling that Vick repay the Atlanta Falcons nearly $20 million in bonuses.

• A lawsuit by Wachovia Bank claiming Vick and others defaulted on a $1.3 million loan for a wine store.

• Royal Bank of Canada's lawsuit seeking payment for default on a $2.5 million credit line.

• A lawsuit by 1st Source Bank of South Bend, Ind., seeking at least $2 million for loans involving a rental car business.

Michael Vick's troubles began when a drug investigation of his cousin in April turned up dogs and equipment used in dogfighting.

This summer, Vick and three other co-defendants pleaded guilty to dogfighting and conspiracy charges. Vick, suspended indefinitely by the NFL, admitted to helping kill 6-8 pit bulls and supplying money for gambling on dogfights.

The four men also face state felony charges. Vick has been charged with two state felony counts, punishable by prison - beating, killing or causing dogs to fight other dogs and engaging in or promoting dogfighting.

The amazing Mike Tyson checked himself into Arizona's infamous Tent City Jail to serve his one-day sentence on drug charges stemming from earlier this fall.

The jail is an open-fair facility that is located near a dog pound and junkyard, and where the inmates wear jail-issue pink underwear and striped jumpsuits!

The former boxing champion and frequent criminal, who might be more insane than O.J. Simpson and Michael Vick combined (although he hasn't killed any people or dogs) pled guilty in September to myriad drug charges.

Mike Tyson pled to one count of felony cocaine possession and one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence, and will be on probation for three years.

Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is speaking out about a recent report that Britney Spears has hired a private investigator to dig up dirt in their ongoing custody battle.

"I think that if that is what they need to do, or have to do, to have at it," said Kaplan. "I don't think it will, in any way, be a good use of funds. But I can't stop that from happening."

Mark Vincent Kaplan said it would be a waste of time for them to follow around K-Fed.

"I don't think he would be concerned about it, and I don't think he has to change anything he is doing in order to address that," the attorney added.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears' attorney, Anne Kiley, revealed Monday that Spears â€" who has been banned from driving with her kids in the car â€" has decided to hire a driver to avoid any dangerous incidents with the paparazzi.

Although Mark Vincent Kaplan said he hasn't seen proof that Britney Spears, 25, has hired a driver or read Kiley's statement, he said that "anything that puts the children in a car that reduces the risk ... I am all for that."

Kaplan said his client, Federline, tries his best not to take his kids out in front of the press: "He's pretty good about keeping the kids at home with him unless there is a compelling reason they need to be somewhere."

Hard to argue with that logic. Unless you're Britney.

It's been a tough day for Britney Spears, who we also learned lost her virginity to Reg Jones at age 14. But she's got George Clooney in her corner! The star commented on the celebrity news media following Britney:

"You look at the footage of Britney running that red light - there's eight guys with cameras at night in the middle of the street. There are no rules now," he told ET. "It's getting to a point where people that are not involved are getting hurt."

"What they're doing is dangerous and illegal," George Clooney added. "They are not trying to just catch me doing something stupid; they are trying to create something stupid. You don't get to break all these laws and then say, 'I'm just doing my job.' The guys that commit all these crimes are rewarded for it."

Victoria's Secret angel Miranda Kerr left Diavolina in L.A. on Monday night with her arm wrapped around ... say what!? ... greasy oil heir Brandon Davis.

When Miranda Kerr spotted members of the celebrity news media, she broke off and walked the other way. Guess what they always say about sleeping with a fat, Greasy Bear is true - it's all fun until your friends find out.

We're guessing this means the demise of Cheyenne Tozzi (a.k.a. Koala Bear), the Aussie model who Brandon Davis was somehow shagging earlier this year.

As for Kerr, she had reportedly been seeing Orlando Bloom for a few months, and was spotted apartment hunting together with the hunky star back in March.

Another wrinkle: Bloom was reportedly backstage this past week to cheer on Miranda Kerr at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The plot thickens!

As last night's episode of The Hills got underway, Spencer Pratt seethed as Heidi Montag dragged him to a church to discuss their upcoming wedding.

Miss Heidi found the perfect church ... at least in her opinion. Spencer seemed more uncomfortable - and like a bigger assbag - than ever before.

But more on that loser in a moment. Elsewhere in SoCal, Lauren Conrad hit the gym with BFFs, Whitney Port and Audrina Partridge. That's when Whitney got her game on and scored herself a date a guy: their trainer, Jarett!

Whitney and Jarett - who was trying way, way too hard on their date, but still seems like a decent fella - enjoyed a fun time. Although no kisses were doled out at the end, so Whit was left thinking there was more of a "friend vibe." Whatevs.

Whitney Port and Heidi Montag dominated last night's episode of The Hills.

Still, it was nice to get a glimpse into the love life of Whitney Port, a facet of The Hills that is rarely explored. She got out of a relationship this May. We've heard that Whit and E! Online's Ben Lyons are dating now, but this is not confirmed.

Meanwhile, Heidi comes home from work at Bolthouse Productions to find that Spencer has packed two suitcases. They're off to Vegas, Spencer announces ... for a wedding! This weekend! Heidi tweaks, Spencer squirms, they fight, she takes off that fake-ass $125 "engagement" ring and Spence walks out.

Of course, the next day, Spencer came crawling back with a dozen roses and said sorry, declaring to Heidi that "I want to marry you... I just get stressed out when I think of the big production when all I want to do is marry you."

It would almost be sweet if it weren't Spencer Pratt we're talking about.

Coming up next on The Hills... the she-Spencer. That's right, fans. Spencer Pratt has a younger sister! As Lauren puts it, "The only thing worse than Spencer is a she-version of Spencer." Should be a quality episode... as they all are.

The lovely Dessarae Bradford was apparently arrested on prostitution charges in Hollywood on Saturday night, TMZ reports this morning.

In case you forgot, she's the crazy chick who wrote a book about Colin Farrell. A book called "Colin Farrell: Dark Twisted Puppy." She later sued him for $10M for some reason or another.

In a statement, Dessarae Bradford claims that she's "innosent of all charges" (sic) and that she feels "absolutely violated and tramatised" (sic).

We imagine that this is probably along the lines of what a 14-year-old Britney Spears told her legal team after losing her virginity to Reg Jones back in the mid-'90s.

Dessarae Bradford claims that she was merely walking near Sunset Blvd. at 11:30 p.m., when some guy in a jeep pulled over to chat her up - for about 20 minutes - after which he arrested her for prostitution. Guess he was a cop, huh.

The LAPD hauled the 32-year-old former Colin Farrell stalker down to the Hollywood station. Now Bradford says she's going to sue LAPD. Stay tuned.

As big fans of Jerry Seinfeld, it pains us to say that the comedian and his wife have mishandled the recent scandal involving the latter's cookbook.

A quick refresher: Jessica Seinfeld has been accused of stealing recipes for her best-selling tome from author and chef Missy Chase Lapine.

The response of the Seinfelds has come across as rather cocky, however, each insulting Lapine harshly despite the fact that a) she hasn't released a single statement indicting Jessica of any wrongdoing and b) the reports are understandable, considering how similar the recipes in the books sound.

Instead of taking the high ground, though, Jessica appeared on The View yesterday and rattled on about her integrity:

I can understand why she would be upset. You know, first of all when you have a huge success, you know this, people tend to look for the cracks, anything that would break you down a little bit. There's always negative where there's positive.

This was such an immediate success, this book, that I think people were looking for things to pick a part, but I can understand why she would've been frustrated.

She did a book with a similar topic a few months earlier and it must have been hard for her to see how quickly my book took off. I never saw her book or her recipes. Never as a person would I do something like what I was accused of doing. I mean, I really didn't need to do this book.

The lawyer for Britney Spears didn't need to tell the world that Reg Jones took the singer's virginity either, Jess. But some people are just greedy.
