Katie Holmes fueled another round of pregnancy rumors at the L.A. premiere of husband Tom Cruise's new drama, Lions for Lambs, Thursday.

Though she didn't address questions about a possible pregnancy, the actress and her husband â€" who celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary November 18, were happy to give the crowd a display of their mutual affection.

"Tom kissed Katie a few times lightly near her ear and whispered to her," a witness told Us Weekly late this week. "She would turn to him and smile."

Cruise recently said that he and Holmes could handle having another little one around. He told Entertainment Tonight November 1 that he and Holmes have already made it work while raising their 18-month-old, Suri Cruise.
