it was a disappointing finale...i agree. but then, come to think of it, brad has a point. i mean, i would'nt want to be engaged (or even worst, married) to a man who can't possibly stand up for me. dat wud be more unfair. bsyds, reality or not, it's a TV show. can't never tell if it was all scripted or not.

I think ABC needs to call it quits on the Bachelor series. It is getting old...enough already. People get their 15 minutes of TV fame and then move on. Most couples brake it off shortly after the final show. Everyone involved knows what they are getting into when they sign on. I would not want to be with someone who could not honestly say they loved me. So, what if Brad has a pregnant ex-girlfriend. If he chooses to go back with her then so be it!

I think they should have a psychologist on the show to teach them about how you go about recognising the right kind of person for you. They lost my interest when they were given the optiion to spend the night together. How can you sleep with 3 women in teh same time period and expect to make a wise choice. I believe sexual envolement clouds your judgment.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was so angered by the finale last night. definitely a waste of time. I was loving this season of the show until now. The most annoying part was that there was no explanation as to why! All the sudden his intentions changed. You can see why ABC aired the show. What a different ending that they had no control of. But what a disgrace to the purpose of this show. He sure fooled america...but not anymore. His true colors showed. I feel terrible for those women to have to deal with what he did to them. There are way better men out there. Go get em girls.

Everyone has a point; maybe I'm the last, living, POLLYANNA??? Didn't anyone see how HARD that was for BRAD, TOO? The poor man, honestly looked like he was going to have a full blown panic attack! I don't think, I really don't, that he would "stage" that. ONLY HE knows what happened and what's in his heart. I gotta tell you, as shocked and sad as I was last night, also, it was THE best Bachelor ever. Brad is courteous, he is chivalrous, ALWAYS gentle in the way he approached each woman. . he didn't GLOM all over them, EVERYTHING was please and thank you from that man . HIS MAMA DONE RAISED SOME AMAZIN' BOYS!
EVERYONE (INCLUDING THE WOMEN) deserves happiness, togetherness, that feeling the moment that you are with that "one", the one you love; and all you can think is.................... "I'm home!
They are ALL beautiful people, inside and out, and I, wish them all . . all 3 . the best life has to offer!

How ridiculous to believe a person could do anything but act on tv. There are no surprises left in Hollywood. Only drama. Would anyone you know want to be on camera with amateur acting skills be able to concentrate on findiing a lasting partner while ,play "the "you're honestly not for me because the one moment in time we had together was not perfect,so therefore I cannot marry you"! I might sound synical but I think it rings through. If the guy would date them all again for 3 months and I would imagine the results could be the same. TV is not always believable,so we all have to get over it and enjoy what is real in our lives!!!!!

I think everyone needs to just lay off of Brad. He had enough respect for these girls to not pretend to feel something he didn't just because he was on television. He followed his heart and that is never wrong.

i thought he was sincere, then last night after he turned down Jenni I wanted to turn off the tv. then i decided to see 'how' he was going to propose to deanna, and boy did he throw her the curveball. he really took them both for a nice long ride. what a load of baloney was served up between the final rose and the after the fanal rose. he made me want to barf each tie he opened his mouth. he has issues and needs to deal with them. deanna dear, ur a very strong girl, but u were really sinking in the 'after the final rose' show. u should have asked him the important questions and not wish for him to take u back. he had already said that he didn't love u. u deserve much better than that, no matter how much it hurt. u were kinda groveling. let him go. he probably cares for every woman on the planet. that's creepy!
he said something was missing from the relationship with jenni, well if she groveled it would not b so bad. but he said he wasn't in love with u. each time he opened his mouth, i got more confused. was it just me?

I hope abc has a some help out there for Brad because he has to be a sick man. It has nothing to do with him not feeling love,he just has a problem. He had those girls pour out their hearts and he knew he was n't feeling them. Steve Harvey is so right men can never see it like us women. Do not play with our emotions like this!. where he got the nerve to play them this way. There is no perfect world out there. He could of just decide to date one of them in the real world. Bottom line from watching the show you saw he was lacking class. I have no more time to waste on him. Deanna deserve to be your next bachelette thers goes an idea.

I watched the show "The Bachelor" faithfully every week as he elimated each of the girls. Two women were left who he appeared to have strong feelings for. I am sure, as he went into this, he knew he was to pick ONE of them in the end. Obviously, yes, he has problems with commitments and got scared with everything. However, he could of at least kept dating maybe even the both of them, getting to know them better with no pressure on him. As far this show is concerned..... I think in the future they best interview their Bachelor and fully make it perfectly clear to them IF they are not in this seriously to find their true love and make a choice, they shouln't be allowed on the show.... people watch this with the expectation of a happy ending, somewhat and not fair at all for the viewers. This is what this show is supposed to be all about. My best to Deanna and Jenny and please let them know "Everything is meant for a reason!" They will be happy someday and look back on this and when they look at the whole picture, they will probably now see all the signs they should have been listening to. They are all out there and mean something... listen and read into them.

What a player! Wow. I'm in the mental health field and I have to say that he had me fooled. I thought he was kind of a goober (had to mute the TV sometimes when he was talking), but I did not have him pegged as a player. It was brilliant. He should go into acting. I definitely picture him cracking up and laughing his head off now that this is over. He played everyone. Unfortunately, his reputation may never recover. His bar might get better business -- obviously, he was using this show as a big ad for his bar -- but the quality of the women that are going to be attracted to him just went way, way down.

WOW...I didn't see that coming. Does he only believe in love at first sight? Of course it's difficult to fall in love with just one girl when several are vying for his affection. Why wouldn't he continue to date one of the girls to see if he fell in love with her, while only dating (and thinking about) her? I really question if he only went on the show for publicity for his bars. Good advertisement. I can already imagine how many girls will be throwing themselves at him; congratulating him for taking the high road. Oh, it's so pathetic.

This guy was playing head games along. Think about it, he was constantly having his twin brother come in as him. He wasn't in it for finding true love, but for himself and his business. I guarntee that his business will not suffer for this. People will come in just to see the jerk. He is truly a little boy that needs to grow up!!!!!!

OMG He needs some help. He played a good game sadly two ladies paid the price. Why couldn't he have just continued to date, then later down the road after the show decided if DeAnna was right or wrong. What is going on in his head. He sure has the talk down, two bad the two ladies got played.

I'm in the minority.
I STILL THINK THAT BRAD DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I don't understand... That program last night was horrible to watch. Whenever he tries to be nice the girls and the audience misinterpret it as him still 'leading them on'. Then when he is painfully blunt that he is not interested in them everyone calls him a jerk. I mean that was horrible how Deanna kept dragging it out and you could tell he was trying to be nice but she kept picking at it. So he finally had to tell her outright-once again-that he still does not love her.
I don't get this whole sense of entitlement from the women. He does not owe them anything (are they upset because they don't get to do the media parade now?) You can't force someone to love you. Not even if your name is Deanna and Jenni and you use all the guilt trips in the world.
Let's think about this logically....
