Amy Fisher nude and mid-coital was something filmed "in private" the Long Island Lolita claims, having filed a lawsuit against a company preparing to release a sex tape featuring her and her husband.
TMZ has obtained the lawsuit filed by Fisher in New York Federal Court, stating that her then estranged hubby, Louis Bellera, had no right to sell the private home videos to Red Light District.
According to the documents, Bellera entered into a contract to distribute the tape in August of 2007, without permission from Amy.
Years ago, of course, Fisher made headlines when she shot Mary Jo Buttafuoco, wife of her lover Joey at the time. After serving time for the incident, Amy briefly reunited with Joey for a reality show.
Shouldn't she be more ashamed of that footage than any sex tape?
You don't see Keeley Hazell or Olivia Mojica filing any lawsuits, do you?
