All aboard the rehab train! Channeling her inner Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, Dirty Sexy Money star Samaire Armstrong is receiving treatment for "personal issues," the actress' rep confirmed this weekend.
Her rep said in a statement:
"Samaire Armstrong decided to enter an outpatient facility to deal with some personal issues in a therapeutic atmosphere and is doing very well. She continues to work on her show, and will be completing her treatment in a matter of weeks."
Armstrong, 26, will be absent from only one episode of Dirty Sexy Money, on which she plays a character who - ironically - is dealing with substance abuse.
"She stumbled a bit, but she's back on set," says a source close to the show, which along with Pushing Daisies and Private Practice has helped ABC win Wednesday nights.
Fans may also remember Samaire Armstrong as the weird-looking leg of the most lopsided TV love triangle in history, in which Adam Brody had to choose between characters played by Armstrong and Rachel Bilson on The OC. Come on.
