You know where most people are from its a crime to drug and torture someone!!! I guess LA is not one of those places. I hate the fact our media has became about everybody's nasty little secret. And as people we judge before we know the whole story! This "Sam" has done this before. He plays on peoples emotions, do a little research.
It is not Brits fault that she is being drugged and emotionally broke down. D*ck (Sam) came in like a friend to deceive like he has done in the past.
Theres plenty of dirt on Lufti I am just surprised that he wasn't caught before this.
Maybe LA PD or whatever police dept should take this guy down for crimes he has committed.
Enough about my rant, the guy needs to be jailed, maybe even f'ed with in jail.
I hope her the best of mind and soul, this ahole really messed with her young mind w/ the drugs and abuse, its just not right!!

each person makes decisions in life that they have to live with, no one made her get married, have children, no one makes her do any drugs, she misses the tests, her court dates, and i'm supposed to feel sorry for her "terrible life" she has to live. well boo hoo, she doesn't deserve her kids back and unless she gets her life together she she never will. many other young"stars" don't have these problems and never will, why? because they have friends and family that love them and care about them something it appears that britney doesn't

I have never been a fan of brittany but I feel for her. She will end up dead of an overdose if her parents do not step in and regain control. Sam Lufti needs to be fired he is not watching out for her, he is keeping control OVER her. Her money needs to be put in a trust for the boys and she needs to be admitted to a rehab center. I remember seeing Brittany before kevin and she was always appearing to be sober and clean from any drug use. Her wild ways were introduced shortly after meeting him. He is exactly what everyone suspecting of him. A leech. If people would stop buying the magazines on her it may help her get away from the publicity hounds and get some peace and quiet. She is just a silly kid who is crying out for help and does not have anyone to turn to. Hollywood creates you and uses you until you are no longer a money making machine. It is really sad. Say a prayer for her everyone. Even if you don't believe in god. A few minutes of silent healing meditation going towards Brit

I used to be a huge fan. Her self endulgance and carelessness for everyone, fans and family really portrays her true self. Anyone can be fake for sometime, but her true self has come out. Poor ugly hearted girl. Instead of being wrapped up in herself, drugs, and partying. Confucious say: WAKE UP BITCH, you have nothing but money left, whats money without a real life, unhappy soul.

Sure she just was too busy to take a drug test, and they are not blood test, it's a mere urine test which take about 5 minutes.
If she had time for tanning, starbucks, bathroom breaks at the 7-11, then she had time for drug testing.
Anyone else court ordered to do the same thing, would have had the same thing happen.
She should have to pass the drug tests for awhile before she gets partial custody of those kids back, not just sign up for a few things.
Pathetic, maybe she didn't have time because she couldn't pass one. And in California not taking one, equals not passing it. No if's and's or butt's.
