Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared together Friday for a three-hour, closed-door custody hearing – the latest courtroom face-off of the former couple.

Britney Spears took three bathroom breaks during the hearing, with her mood souring as the day wore on. At an early break, she told reporters off.

“Everything’s great,” she said when asked how it was going, but at a later break she cursed at a reporter, saying, “Snort it, f*%k it.”

Well, alright then.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was asked after the hearing if it was contentious. “When I’m there, it’s always contentious,” he said.

The session ended with Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon making no ruling. That means for now, the status of Britney Spears’ custody of her adorable little mistakes, Sean Preston and Jayden James, remains unchanged.

The court date was just the latest event in a whirlwind week for Spears, who also saw her long-estranged mom, Lynne Spears, announce her tell-all book.

“There was testimony and argument during the hearing,” court spokeswoman Meredith Pierce said, “but Commissioner Gordon did not make a ruling.”

“He took the case under submission, meaning that he will consider both sides of the case and will craft a new court order.”

Spears’ attorney, Sorrell Trope, said he was “absolutely satisfied” with the day, noting that Britney Spears would continue to have overnights with her sons.

“I left with a favorable feeling,” he said.

Guess that means she didn’t give everyone an upskirt at least.
