The winner of Great Britain's American Idol-like show, The X Factor, recently said she supported the cause for which celebrities such as Alicia Silverstone have bared it all.

Nevertheless, this talented singer won't be donning her birthday suit in the name of it any time soon.

"I'm not that confident! I think it's a strong statement, and I really respect it because it's for a great cause," Lewis said. "I would love to do something for great causes like that, but I just don't think I could pose nude, because I'm not that brave."
