Trey Phillips from Laguna Beach. I'm pretty sure he goes to Bard College, which is about 90 miles outside of NYC. Lauren was in New York doing photo shoots for Mark awhile back, so they were probably just meeting for lunch while she was in the area.

I think they will make a cute couple but Trey is so mellow and I don't think Lauren likes that, she likes bad boys.

It's Trey from Laguna Beach and this was from like 2 months ago! He just has shorter hair and such. He goes to school in NY!
