Is Katie Holmes pregnant with her second spawn of Scientology? Or just the latest victim of the preposterous poufy, puffy pregnancy rumor?

The latter.

Despite setting the celebrity gossip world abuzz with this rather loose fitting, high volume (and high priced) gown at a Berlin airport October 13, Katie Holmes isn't bearing another baby at this time. Got that?

"She is not pregnant," her rep says, convincingly.

But the day she procreates again might not be far off. A family insider is quoted in the latest issue of Us Weekly as saying, "Katie has said she wants another child with [husband Tom Cruise]." And who can blame her?

"She talks about it a lot," this TomKat deep throat dished. "But I do not know when exactly they plan to have another baby."

For the time being, Katie has her hands full with 18-month-old daughter Suri Cruise. And what an adorable bundle of joy Suri Cruise is.

"Katie treats Suri like her best girlfriend," a source close to the family tells Us Weekly. "Suri is the center of it all."
