Vanessa Hudgens Faces Lawsuit

Vanessa Hudgens is used to facing many things. Media scrutiny. Adoring fans. The kitchen counter or wall, when Zac Efron wants to take control.

But the High School Musical star has never faced a lawsuit... until now!

Hudgens is being sued by her attorney for unpaid fees - totaling $150,000 - because he claims he helped her earn more than $5 million overall.

And that's before Vanessa sold her Antonella Barba-like pics to the press. Or so people say.

Brian L. Schall's suit alleges that Hudgens owes the lawyer for his services based on contracts she signed with Schall dating to October, 2005 - and he wants his 5% of her earnings.

The suit says that Vanessa "has paid some, but not all, of the money owed ..."

Based on her recent actions and newfound reputation, of course, Hudgens can always pay Schall off in other ways. If you know what we mean.

And Lord knows Lindsay Lohan does.
