"U and ur hand" might be taking on new meaning for Pink's husband.

Reports out of Sin City say the marriage between Pink and Carey Hart may be fading to black. Or the rocks. Experiencing turbulence. And then some.

Pink on Stage

Although the singer's husband of 21 months, a motocross star, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal in August that "everything's fine" between them, celebrity gossip sites have run amok with rumors of the couple's itching to ditch their union.

"We're just not getting along anymore. We each need some more space. We need our distance. It's not like it was when we first started," Pink was heard telling friends on September 14 at West Hollywood hot spot Eleven.

Pink isn't wearing a wedding ring in this photo, taken September 19 in L.A.

Additionally, a pal of Carey Hart reportedly told Us Weekly that "Carey is tired of her always accusing him of cheating, and he's getting fed up with the constant arguing. He says he cannot deal anymore. It's his decision to put an end to this. They are 100 percent getting a divorce."

Pink's rep, for the record, calls the report "complete bullsh!t."

Already looking at a steep federal prison term for bankrolling a dogfighting ring, Michael Vick now faces state charges that could get him more prison time.

His likeness has also been made into a dog chew toy product by a pet product manufacturer, which plans to donate proceeds from sales to charity.

Michael Vick, Eagles

After a Surry County, Va., grand jury indicted the Atlanta Falcons QB and three co-defendants Tuesday, Vick's lawyers indicated they will fight the state charges, saying he can't be convicted twice for the same crime.

The NFL star, scheduled for sentencing December 10 after pleading guilty to the federal dogfighting conspiracy charges, faces state charges of beating or killing or causing dogs to fight other dogs and engaging in or promoting dogfighting.

Meanwhile, some dogs filed suit against Vick last week as well. Their lawyers did, anyway. The canines themselves would no doubt enjoy a little taste of revenge, however... even if that taste is really just cheap plastic. See below.

The proceeds from sales of this $10.99 effigy of Michael Vick will be donated to animal charities. Here's what the makers of the toy say:

"Michael Vick's Dog Chew Toy is made of state of the art material. The Vick's Toy Doll is so strong and flexible, it will challenge every breed. Especially pit bulls."

The grand jury declined to indict Michael Vick and two co-defendants on eight additional counts of killing or causing to be killed a companion animal, felonies that would have exposed them to as many as 40 years in prison.

Vick's attorney, Billy Martin, said the counts concern "the same conduct covered by the federal indictment ... for which Mr. Vick already accepted responsibility."

Martin said he will "aggressively protect his rights to ensure that he is not held accountable for the same conduct twice."

But Vick was convicted of a federal conspiracy count while the state of Virginia's indictment deals with the act of dog fighting, said Steven Benjamin, a Richmond defense lawyer who is not involved in the case.

In pleading guilty to the federal charges last month, Vick admitted helping kill six to eight dogs, among other stuff. He faces up to five years in the can. No word on whether O.J. Simpson could somehow become his cell mate.

Sadly, the prospects for a Kristin Cavallari guest appearance on The Hills are slim to none. But at least we still get the occasional chance to see Lauren Conrad's high school rival from Laguna Beach... in skimpy outfits, to boot.

Here's Kristin Cavallari in a bikini and tank top (if you can call it that) on the set of her new movie, Green Flash, which may suck a lot, but you know what, it still stars Kristin Cavallari, so at least it's got some hotness going for it.

Blue Bikini Babe

Kristin Cavallari photos: Not unattractive by any means.

As for whether you'll see Kristin Cavallari topless in this film, well, we wouldn't count on it. Chances are only a lucky Nick Zano will get to peep that.

Is Kate Moss off the market for good?

That's what the London tabloids are reporting, although we've heard it all before. After a 12-hour love-in (that's a lot of Kate Moss naked!) with new man Jamie Hince, the model declared: "I'm in love and I'm engaged."

The supermodel announced her "engagement" last weekend to her Primrose Hill pals to make it clear that he is officially her new man.

Sources close to 33-year-old Kate Moss, said that Sunday's engagement isn't formal but it's Kate's way of showing her love for Jamie Hince - who she's been dating for a few weeks - and also her way of letting her former love, rocker Pete Doherty, know that she's still not over him altogether.

Kate Moss reportedly told friends: "I love Jamie so much - we're engaged!"

The night before her statement, Kate and The Kills guitarist Jamie, 39, attended a friend's wedding and spent the night getting closer.

Move over Vanessa Hudgens and High School Musical.

Take a seat Sabrina Bryan and The Cheetah Girls.

Two of Three

Disney is hoping to capitalize on a new singing sensation: The Jones Brothers. The trio's popularity is about to soar, thanks to the upcoming original series J.O.N.A.S.

E! Online is reporting that the Disney Channel production is scheduled to start shooting in early 2008 and premiere later in the year.

But just who are The Jones Brothers?

Anyone over the age of 17 may not know. They include: 19-year-old Kevin, 18-year-old Joseph and 15-year-old Nick Jonas. In the series, these three will pretty much portray themselves, similar to Britney Spears if she ever starred in a documentary about train wrecks.

To increase interest in its latest import, the Disney Channel will air a special Jonas Brothers in Concert, featuring the boys performing tunes from their self-titled sophomore album in New York's Grammercy Park.

And this should net the group lots of exposure: they go on tour with Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus next month.

We always knew Vanessa Hudgens would be featured in a magazine.

Just figured it would be Playboy or Penthouse.

But while Kim Kardashian is proudly displaying her bare body in the pages of the former publication, Hudgens and boyfriend Zac Efron are going in another direction.

The editors of Popstar! have created a special-issue magazine dedicated to the beloved and controversial High School Musical couple. Its name, of course? Zanessa: Their Love Story.

We suppose it could be worse: there could be a magazine focused entirely on Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Then again, isn't that all Us Weekly is these days?

Zanessa: The Magazine

Zanessa, Schmanessa. We wanna see a publication dedicated to George Clooney and Sarah Larson.

Meet the latest celebrity baby to grace the weekly celebrity gossip-mag cover. It's 5-week-old John Edward Thomas Moynahan, with mom Bridget Moynahan, 36.

Bridget Moynahan Nude

The pair appear on the cover of OK! magazine, on newsstands Friday, with several more John Edward Thomas Moynahan photos featured inside the issue.

Bridget Moynahan split last December from her NFL beau and baby-daddy, Tom Brady, 30, but the Patriots quarterback was on hand when the actress gave birth in California August 22, and spent a few days with mother and son.

Tom Brady is now dating Brazilian supermodel (and Leonardo DiCaprio ex) Gisele Bundchen, who is 27. Moynahan declined to be interviewed, but OK! reports that she is facing single motherhood with an optimistic outlook.

Although she has a development deal in the works with ABC, the actress plans to put her career on hold. It's okay. When you have a baby, you should be allowed to actually spend time with it. Poor Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Sarah Silverman may have referred to her kids as "mistakes" at the Video Music Awards, but Britney Spears should really be thanking the comic.

As a result of this unpopular joke, the train wreck actually received a decent amount of sympathy... on top of everyone's horror over her performance on the show.

Silverman recently talked to Us Weekly about the incident, along with the new season of her show on Comedy Central:

Us: First off, were you surprised by the negative reaction to your Britney Spears jokes at the VMAs?
SS: The joke that everyone was upset about â€" me calling [Jayden James and Jam Master Sean P.] "adorable mistakes" â€" was the most innocuous joke. It never occurred to me that would be deemed hurtful or over the line. I don't want to get into feuds with girls half my age. I'm in it to be funny and not for the drama. It's embarrassing.

Us: On to your show: Is the new season crazier?
SS: The story lines are ridiculous! It's that contrast that makes the show work: absurdity played real.

Us: We hear Angelina Jolie is a fan of the show. True?
SS: I met her on the lot, and she was so cool! There is a chance she'll show up in an episode. I don't know why, but I'm seeing her in an Annie wig.

Heidi Montag is finally ready to clamor shamelessly for attention tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth about her recent boob job.

In an interview with Us Weekly, The Hills star confirms that she has undergone a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation earlier that month.

Puppy Love

The 21-year-old aspiring singer opens about her decision to go get a nose job and boob job, enlarging from a 32A to a 32C, and the problems with her image.

Us: Were you ever teased about your appearance?
Heidi Montag: "People would say, "You have such a big nose!" And they'd make fun of me for being so flat, and say mean boy things, like, "If you nailed two nails in a board, they would be bigger than you are." I was tormented. And when I was older, I'd want to be intimate, but I'd feel insecure. My boyfriends always had bigger chests than I did!"

Heidi Montag is, well, very honest about her boob job.

Us: Tell people why you had the surgeries.
Heidi Montag: "I've always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, okay, they're going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore push-up bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he's looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I'd be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad's nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn't get away from it!"

Us: A lot of people believe Spencer Pratt pressured you into surgery, since he's made his love of Playboy bunnies known.
Heidi Montag: "He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, 'maybe you should think about it a lot longer.'"

Us: Take people back to April 2, the day of surgery.
Heidi Montag: "I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, "I'm so proud of you." It was like he was wishing me well off to school: "Love you! Bye!" But surgery is a big deal. Before I went in, I was like, What if I don't wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don't care. If I don't wake up, it's worth it. I wanted it so badly."
