Last week, The Hollywood Gossip reported that L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services was conducting a child abuse investigation into Britney Spears and the way she's raising her kids (if you can call it that).
We now know more, thanks to TMZ. Apparently, three anonymous complaints were filed July 2, accusing Britney Spears of everything under the sun.
All three allegations were investigated and two were promptly closed out. As for the third, DCFS apparently just dropped the ball and left it hanging.
The complaint that wasn't closed out? Allegations that the dental hygiene and eating habits of Sean Preston and Jayden James are scarily bad.
There's also a claim that her kitchen cabinets were not baby-proofed in Britney's mansions, and the kids could get into dishwashing liquid and whatnot.
Hey, Amy Winehouse does shots of that $h!t for fun.
In any case, the DCFS could have gone to the dependency court and filed a petition, which would signal the Department was taking it all seriously.
That hasn't happened, partly because insiders tell TMZ that, believe it or not, Britney Spears' kitchen cabinets do have proper kiddie locks. Take that, ya'll!

Wonder what she's talking about? Her spirits being lifted? Being levitated by Criss Angel and his magic powers? Smoking a ton of marijuana? Who knows!

Ok... I understand rumors, and gossip being necesary, or else what everyone including myself enternain themselves while their bord, or doing nothing at work! But its an enterily different thing to trash someone who you dont even care about, your just in it for the gossip! Yes there are alot of cases Lohan, Hilton, Jolie, etc! But as far as parenting skills I dont think anyone has a right to trash Britney or anyone else for that matter!
There will always be Anonymous callers and teller of stories that probably aren't even true! Its just that everyone wants their 15min of fame!
Britney is one of the unfortunate stars that took the wrong path, but you tell me, how many regular people out there, dont check there kids teethe before going to bed? Or let their kids have pizza or burger king or junk food, fast food for dinner??? And there not called BAD PARENTS or arent acused of BAD PARENTING!
In my opinion people like to read tooo much into things that are tiny, and just make them Big! She wants to redeem herself, and have a bisg comeback! I say go for it! Everyone has a right for a second chance...
But the funny thing is that even though she's coming back, ITS JUST NOT ENOUGH! There will always be something to say, something to critisize!!! ALWAYS!!!!
But hey, thats something the Gossip business has to look foward to! More things to trash! And as far as Britney, Hun thats just the price of fame I Guess!!! Even though youve done some crazy, not mentally stable things, I think that this second chance you should Reallyyyyy Take advantage, and just shut everyone the hell up!

I'm waiting for her to get over these hurdles, get her bearings and become the confident, stylish diva that she was in the past and that I know she can be again! C'mon girl! Let us see that Britney - esque look as a mature and caring parent!
