I think it's really bad to publish such a personal photo. I mean, IT'S HER LIFE!she can do whatever she wants! and I think that it's not Vanessa that has to feel embarassed about this situation, but THAT PERSON that has stolen the shoot and has bared it. I know she is a VIP, she is the protagonist of High School Musical on Disney Channel (a child channel!) and has to look out for her acts...but she's most of all a normal person, who makes mistake like everyone. and it's hypocritical to judge her for something that I think lots of girls make and don't say....that's my personal opinion, and I know that not everybody will agree with me. but think about it: how will you feel if someone does something like this to you?
