Canadians enjoy universal health care, fewer homicides per year and more opportunities to see Beyonce Knowles' boobs than the average American.

During a recent concert in Toronto, the beautiful singer accidentally flashed the audience during a rendition of Deja Vu. Her shirt flew up like Marilyn Monroe's dress, making this a quick moment of bare hotness. It wasn't exactly a drawn out pose, such as the one David Beckham nude gave fans awhile ago.

At least Jay Z's one true love was able to smile about the incident. And why not? A half-naked Beyonce has nothing to be ashamed of.
