The Hills' fabulous trio - Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port - stripped down to bikinis and had a blast at the beach in Malibu Wednesday.

No word on whether Justin "Bobby" Brescia was on hand, but Audrina sure looks to be having fun, as do her roommate / BFF LC and her co-worker Whitney.

Of course, professional party animal and JV womanizer, Brody Jenner, was also on hand, while Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were very much not.

She's been wearing an ankle monitor for about month, but rapper Eve said she can't get used to the hefty device that's been attached to her since her DUI bust.

"It's the most annoying thing," she said Tuesday at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas.

"When they told me I was getting it on, I thought it was going to be like a beeper, but it's like a pair of Bose headphones."

The 29-year-old Eve was made to wear the Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor (SCRAM) after striking a plea agreement for her DUI arrest in April.

Eve will be allowed to remove the device September 8.

At the Signature Apparel party for the Rocawear, Bellarock, and relaunch of Fetish, the SCRAM was hidden by her long, flowing pants.

Having to deal with a DUI in the public eye was "disgusting" enough, Eve said, but the hardest part: Telling her mom.

"I'm still scared of her ... [I] had to tell her before someone else told her or she saw it or heard it."

"I definitely learned my lesson," she added. "It was a stupid situation, stupid decision. I did something dumb and now I'm paying for it ... Don't drink and drive, kids."

One thing's for sure: you won't see Jordin Sparks wearing one of those.

Another thing: It's just a matter of time before Britney Spears does.

She came in first on American Idol this season.

But the first man that will ever see Jordin Sparks nude will be her husband.

That's because the 17-year old won't be havig sex until marriage. And while Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears shake their heads in confusion and disgust over this stance, we applaud the singer for it.

Back when she was 13, Sparks said she promised her parents she'd keep her virginity until her wedding night.

"My parents gave me a purity ring and talked to me about waiting until I'm married to have sex," Jordin said. "It wasn't forced; it just made perfect sense."

Hear that, Shannon Funk? Jamie Kennedy just isn't worth it.

"It's going to be awesome to say to my husband that I waited my whole life for him," Sparks added.

We admire the American Idol winner's parents for instilling such virtues in her. Way to be, Phillippi Sparks.

Call us crazy, but we believe Jordin's virginal claims more than we ever did those of Jessica Simpson.

The former assistant (and possible lover) of Britney Spears, Shannon Funk, is showing that she learned a thing or two from her boss, if you know what we're talking about.

We're talking about slinging poon like a short order cook does hotcakes.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ got these photos of Shannon Funk in a Britney Spears style position - probably drunk, legs wide open - as she gave a lap dance in Vegas.

Shannon even nabbed a celebrity date while she was in town - comedian Jamie Kennedy. He wasn't shy about examining Funk's assets, either, from the back or the front...

At the end of the night, Shannon Funk and Jamie Kennedy ended up at Body English in the Hard Rock with impresario Jeff Beacher ... bringing it all full circle.

Keep gettin' Funk'd in Vegas, girl. Here's hoping for more Shannon Funk pictures and gossip in the coming weeks. She's her generation's Alli Sims. Only trashier.

Apparently, when Perez Hilton speaks with Michael Lohan, it's not the end of the world.

The Hollywood Gossip staff has uncovered the picture that made Ali Larter famous. Sure, this actress has made a respectable name for herself with a great performance in Heroes - but a few years ago, she made herself something even more memorable:

While celebrity gossip reports had Diddy leaving his babies' mama for Sienna Miller, it appears as though this promiscuous actress has found a new man instead: Rhys Ifans.

The British actor with the weird name must have even weirder taste in women, as not many of us would go for Jude Law's sloppy seconds. Especially when we can see Sienna Miller nude without any risk of disease.

"I just live my life," the Vegas magician and Mindfreak star tells Parade magazine about his way with women - such as Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Cameron Diaz and, yes, Britney Spears.

Of the sightings of Angel and Spears, he tells Parade, "She contacted me regarding some live performances. I've designed and created effects for even Steve Wynn's hotel and Le Reve show. It's what I do. They brought me on to discuss the possibility of working on some stuff with her."

"Being that I'm insanely busy, the only time that I had was in the evening. And she was busy doing stuff, so we met in the evening."

Britney? Busy? Doing what, parading around in no underwear and abusing her kids?

Criss Angel also says that he and Britney Spears haven't been left alone together, insisting that "What people fail to see is, when we meet up, there's a lot of other people around a bunch of the time." Except for, you know, between 2-9 a.m. in his hotel suite.

With Angel publicly clashing with estranged wife JoAnn Sarantakos (Angel's real name is Christopher Sarantakos), the 'Freak is asked if he finds the coverage embarrassing.

"Marriage is a very sacred thing. I believe that my divorce is a private matter," he said. "Unfortunately, people think money makes you happy. It doesn't. Money doesn't buy love."

Of Sarantakos, he says, "The thing is, my wife was misguided by her lawyer, who is a celebrity lawyer, who is just out for attention."

Sarantakos' attorney, Dominic Barbara, had no comment on Angel's remarks.

While her High School Musical co-stars, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, receive all the attention, Ashley Tisdale is doing what she can to remain in the celebrity news.

In this case, that means dressing like the first-ever American Idol champion. And, of course, there are many worse people out there to emulate than Kelly Clarkson.

Like Amy Winehouse.

So fans should be glad Tisdale has found such an appealing role model. But does she look better than Clarkson in the outfit below? You tell us!

Haters be damned! The Hills' Audrina Patridge couldn't care less if fans of her hit reality show are skeptical of the relationship she's revived with her ex Justin "Bobby" Brescia.

"Of course we have our feuds and everything, but it's fun having him part of the show," says Audrina Patridge, who works at Epic Records when she's not being Lauren Conrad's BFF.

"He is so cute!"

LC hasn't looked too thrilled about Justin Brescia so far, but other pals of the star, who have watched the couple's off-and-on dating for two years now, say they've seen plenty of evidence that the hairstylist, 25, is the one for Audrina.

"The core people around Audrina's life know what Justin-Bobby means to her," says a friend.

"It's not like he's just pursuing her to be on the show ... he is dealing with the show so he can continue to be part of her life."

It's a gesture not lost on Audrina Patridge.

"He is so not used to having the cameras around," she says. "He hates it, but he does it for me."

So should we take Justin-Bobby off the list of boyfriends on The Hills that we can't stand (a list that includes Jason Wahler and Spencer Pratt)?
