Bon Voyage, Britney: Alli Sims Goes Solo

You heard it here first. Alli Sims, Britney Spears' cousin and former personal assistant who recently cut ties with the singer, is officially on her own.

Brit's former BFF and biatch has just released her own rendition of "On My Own," from the musical Les Miserables. Alli made this announcement via her official site!

Yes, folks. There is an Alli Sims dot com. What a world.

"On My Own," for those of you unfamiliar with the play, is about a woman wandering the streets at night, alone, fantasizing about a guy she can't have... "pretending he's beside me."

Hmmm. Who could Alli be pining for?

• Julio Camera?

She's a cutie, that Alli - and is on the track! With the direction Britney Spears' life is headed these days, Ms. Sims is probably A LOT better off on her own.

Here's an excerpt from the official site's Alli Sims bio as well:

"... I entered the High School Pagaent [sic] and won the talent division for singing The Little Mermaid's "Part of this World." I won again the following year for singing "Someone Watch Over Me." I continued to sing in various church, wedding and school chorous [sic] groups. My favorite performance was when I sang "On My Own" from Les Miserables for Juniro [sic] Miss Georgia."

From her days shielding Jayden James from celebrity news reporters and picking out wigs for Britney and going to clubs, this aspiring star has come a long way.

Here's hoping we see a lot more of Alli Sims going forward... and maybe a little bit less of her cousin's ass. Come on, it's getting gratuitous at this point.
