Seriously, the pics are BIAS. She looks wayyy better now, how do I know? Because I didn't even know she had plastic surgery and while watching the show I thought to myself, good gracious shes hot now!!! I thought she just like got a new attitude and wardrobe or something.

Of course she is pretty - but she looks just like everyone else in Hollywood....fake. She didn't need all that work. She was cute before. However I can understand from a girls point of view wanting surgery to replace something- so you will feel better. So what am I trying to say.....be yourself. You look like plastic.

I watch The Hills and I don't like Heidi, yet she does keep it fun. In any case, that's just a bad pic of how she looks now. Watching her in this season, I think she looks much prettier. I knew she had a boob job and was wondering what else she had done because her face looked different to me. Now I know it was her nose. She does look prettier now and if she's happy then good for her.

Another breast implant from Hollywood. Honestly, procedure like this is already usual and a common thing when it comes to Hollywood. I just hope she wouldn't deny this thing as this is pretty obvious for her to do so.

i think heidi is easily influenced and has issues she needs to resolve, and she thought the 1st step should be surgery. She a pretty girl but if she thinks having surgery is like having a fresh start so be it, its her life.

woops. when i hadn't looked at the boobs i thought the before picture was the after one. i guess she WAS prettier BEFORE. i do think some of the difference is just due to change of hair and makeup...at least on these pictures...

okay, she looked WAY better before....and looking at the "new" season - Holly (her sister) is FAR prettier than her... SUCKS good job plastic surgeon! not.
