I sat back and looked at the picturs for a while before i commented. I personally think Heidi is a beautiful girl. She was obviously affected by the media. They bashed her when she first appeared on the show and pushed Lauren to the frontline immediately....kind of shunning Heidi and praising Lauren for her natural assets. Reality was that Heidi would never be Lauren and she did not know how to accept it. Spencer came along and now, her happiness is built upon him!! What i do not understand is why Spencer! He doesn't want anything she wants...kids etc. She is lost! Searching to be accepted..i really feel that she has a lot of regret for building a reputation that she may not be proud of and i think that she is doing whatever she can to center the focus elsewhere. Plastic surgery is just that!!!! PLASTIC SURGERY!!! It really does not look bad, in fact, it does not look bad! She is beautiful, and if she was not in the limelight,we wouldnot care. BUT!! this is so sad. heidi is starting to look like that cat woman with those cheek bones. spencer is the one that needs the surgery. they should put a dick right on his forehead cause thats all that he is.

isn't she supposedly very religious? And if so how could she go and get plastic surgery? Obviously she doesn't worship the body that God gave her. And I agree she looked better before, and that boob job is awful!! Looks like they put in two softballs and sewed her back up. Not natural or flattering at all.

She looks like she aged 10 years...and should have done a little more research before choosing her plastic surgeon. She looks disfigured, like Master Shake from Aqua Teen Hunger Force after he gets all that plastic surgery.
Maybe this will ruin her fake career and then I won't have to see her pathetically trying to convince America that she has some discernable talent anymore?

So sad. She looked so much prettier before. boobs look horrific. i'm all about a good breast augmentation, but she unfortunately got a bad one. Poor thing if she actually thinks she looks sexy.

She's so disgusting, I feel like a fool for wasting time here, but curiosity got the best of me. If she'd have that disgusting growth named Spencer surgically removed and sent to the lab in a jar of vinegar, then maybe I'd be able to look at her without vomiting. No surgery on Earth could fix her skank so long as creepy PigBoy is her boyfriend.

She looks better now. People need to stop hating. I don't really like her, but I'm not here to say lies. I think many of you hate her and are jelous of her because she became famous base on a reality TV show and a lot of Americans hate that. They think that only people with talent deserve to become celebrities, but c'mon. We have a lot of so called "singers" that in reality they are successful because of the way they look. For exmaple; Britney Spears. We all know she can't sing, but Ameica liked her because she was pretty and when she got her breast implants, many people loved her more. Britney made it big because she was very sexual and sex sales even Heidi agrees with that. Heidi stated that she wants to become an entertainer and Britney made it big because of her looks. This is sad, but this is the reality. Heidy looks better than ever! Britney is not a big deal anymore because some how she manage to become unattractive. Only her true fans still like her, but the rest of the people

i think she looked so much better before. her face was gorgeous, now its fat. the boobs are no good either, shes not proportioned correctly now, they def look fake. whats next, stripping??

i don't think the photo is accurate, i think it is both from before surgery days, just look at the boobs.
