she looked beautiful before the surgery.
but i must admit her nose doesnt look awful at all. its not much of a difference but its not terrible. HER BOOBS however. WOW. it could just be a bad picture because ive seen other pictures with her new boobs and they looked fine. but she didnt need the boobjob. and it probably was spencer's idea. nice.

I agree with everyone- def looked better before. I actually think her nose looked better before, too. As to why everyone hates her, just watch the second season of The Hills- and you'll find out.

I like the heidi before. She looked so beautiful and natural. The new heidi looks too fake. Who cares about your nose, it looked fine. And the boobs, you are naturally given a pair that looks good on you. She has a small frame and small boobs looked really hot on her, like paris hilton. I am disapointed in her for making her decision. She has to look within to find what it is that makes her insecure. She should not have to copy others around her. Her situation reminds me so much of Michael Jackson.

heidi was blessed with natural beauty. i don't see how she felt otherwise. i had my nose & boobs done very young, of course attention is what it boiled down to, whether negative or postive. but my ego was boosted nonetheless. i would go back because the breasts are so superficial feeling sometimes. i like my nose even though i want it done again! eh! heidi looks great either way. she's a pretty girl. <3, savannah, 22, florida

I feel REALLY sorry for Heidi... She has everything someone our age would want, A great opportuntiy and head start in life. But yet she still is not fullfield.. she clearly is a VERY insecure person who has been caught up and munipulated by the media and LA. it's sad becoz i REALLY liked her b4 i thought she was stunning and really sweet. BUt now i just think sadly, what a loser!!! And WHY is she still with Spencer i mean can she not see through that awful slimey smerking smile that he gives. I just look at him and think 'DICK' she can do SOOOO much better. First of she should start with someone with a little height and then take it from there.... She should have stuck with Lauren and the girls she needs them. More than spencer anyway. Spencer just wants to use her to increase his 'Pimp' Status.... What a Dick!

I'm all for surgery if you really feel that bad about yourself, but once it starts being more than one, there's a underlying problem and the surgery won't do anything.

All of the negetive comments are ridiculous and really show ugly personalities- I don't have anything done but I am all for it. If it makes you feel better about yourself and gives you a different outlook on life.... why not. She looks great either way.
