Hiedi, I think you will always be beautiful. I am sorry you had to go to that extreme but your mother is rigth you have such wonderful beauty on the inside. I feel that Spencer is soffocating you. I know it's realty but he has a lot of demons and he wants to drag you down with him.

well...if thats what makes her happy. but i agree with her mom,she was a lot more beautiful before. a natural beauty is better than a fake beauty. especially when your a celebrity! they're beautiful all the time. the fact that she said" I do want to look like barbie" thats when most likely everyone watching that show was like...omg...NO! lol I don't think she thought it through. she was thinking only of herself and what she wanted but didnt think of how it would affect others feelings. not just of her family especially but im sure she had some fans out there that liked her. and now its ruined. :/Idk how old she is now but I know she's older than me cuz im only 19. I think that Heidi looked better before her surgery. Now she looks like plastic. I agree with G as ahe get older she will start to look like Michael Jackson. No offense to Michael.

Her stomach looks amazing now, but that is about it. She was much prettier before. Now it is kind of creepy looking at her. Kind of like Carrot Top. Personally, I also think that a smaller boob size would have been great. Shame on Spencer for ever allowing her to think that she needed any of that! Come to think of it, he is probably the one that could have used some work.

How can Heidi be proud of herself? She is a wise woman, you would think, who would have to know that this is wrong! Wasn't there anybody to stop her or send her in therapie??? I really don't think this is the wise way to tell young beautiful girls, like she once was, that natural is not beautiful. Shame on her!

the surgey was good for nothing...she looks really fake ...she says "i always was the ugliest in the group but now i am PERFECT" well shes not:( she was beatiful before....she said god doesnt care about what i do to the outside of my body...he only cares bout wats on the inside " but god also says dont harm any of gods creations and she is one of gods creations:) she needs to treat her body holy:)

People who opposes plastic surgeries are NOT jealous. What is there to be jealous of? The fact that anyone with a some money could get the same if they wanted to?
Plastic surgery is a lie. People do it to avoid dealing with other real problems in their lives and feelings of lack of worth. Or they feel that they have to fit in a mode.
It's really weird, you know. Because when we buy beautiful things, most people prefer something unique and exotic. We feel embarrassed when we run into people wearing the same outfits. So why do some women feel the need to look like the playboy centerfold? Sounds like they're trying too hard to appeal to the horny classless men who finds these magazines appealing.
