Tom Sizemore, already on probation for a drug conviction, was arrested on Tuesday for possession of methamphetamine, as well as being under the influence of a controlled substance, and for possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Cops found drugs in a car outside the Four Points Sheraton that Sizemore was waiting in, while another man, who was with Sizemore, got into a dispute over a reservation.
The troubled as hell actor, who Jason Wahler may be trying to emulate, was convicted of methamphetamine possession in October 2004.
His probation was revoked the next year, however, after Tom Sizemore admitted using a prosthetic device to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days.
Probation was later reinstated but Sizemore faced another parole revocation and prison time after testing positive for drug use in January 2006.
The guy gets arrested for drugs more often than Snoop Dogg.
Still, he avoided jail time when, after tearfully acknowledging he used drugs and accepting responsibility for his actions, he was given three years' probation and ordered to submit to weekly drug tests.
Ty Pennington, who has also made no excuses for his recent DUI arrest, has also shown resolve and culpability.
But Sizemore's problems run deeper than that. The actor also was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, an ex-girlfriend.
Now Chris Albrecht is feeling better about himself.
Sizemore must be really messed up. You know when you're sitting in a car and minding your own business, and you still get busted, that you probably need to start hanging out with a different crowd.
