The Hollywood Gossip Asks: Who is Spencer Pratt?
With the exception of a former colleague who defrauded its writing staff out of at least $20,000, there's no one that enrages The Hollywood Gossip more than Spencer Pratt.
Similar to Paris Hilton, the guy is famous almost strictly by association, boasting absolutely no redeeming qualities and contributing nothing to society, yet seemingly parlaying that into fame and a rather lucrative career.
It's the American way. One can at least give Spencer Pratt (pictured with girlfriend Heidi Montag) credit for exploiting his position and achieving a certain level of stardom. But how well do you really know the emerging star of MTV's The Hills?
He's one of the least sexy men alive, and one that Lauren Conrad undeniably hates. That's about all we've got.

Lauren, Heidi, and Whitney, are the prettiest girls I've ever seen. They do have exceptionally bad taste in men. Lauren....Jason was a looser. He looked like a homeless man (Audrinas guy too but at least he could clean up and be cute). Heidi, you seem pretty sweet however, you are a "sucky Friend." You were the one responsible for the jen bunny/Brody fiasco. You practically begged her to go out with him. No innocence there. Ladies, the bad guys suck. What ever happend to the honest, STABLE, gorgeous, hard working, man? They are out there. Give em' a chance. I think Heidi is stupid for not caring about loosing her friend and her mom is right what is she going to do when Spencer is out of the picture maybe he won't be because he love's to control her and he does a great job at that. Can we seriously even call Heidi a friend of Laurens? She picked her waste boyfriend over her best friend and has literally gone downhill with the self respect status since then. She is good looking and willing to step on her friends which are both assets to success in her industry.
Spencer...well, he is a complete looser. What does he even do? Does he work or what. His whole role in th show is to destroy peoples relationships and completely undermine Heidi. She is too dumb to even realize he is doing it, how can you not respect your finance enough to tell your parents about your engagement???!

Spencer and Heidi are great. I've talked with them in person and they are nothing like you guys see on the tube. That is what is called acting. Just like on tv shows some are hired to play dumb, slutty, mean, cocky, etc. They are hired to play the roles they do. I mean come on....it's Laurens show...they can't have the MAIN character be the bad buy or no one would watch.

Spencer starts stupid bitch fights with his friend from a million years ago for no reason. "Brody is not my bro. Why is he hanging out with Lauren?" Firstly "bro" how about you harden the fuck up and realise that the role of your friend is to support you, not cater to your every need. Brody can hang out with whoever he wants.. and I say go him. Seriously, if i were Spencers parents I would disown him and delete all memories of that waste of space. All he does is use up our worlds precious resources. And Heidi's video clip/song is such a disgrace I don't think anyone would ever be able to articulate how flagrantly shamefull the sight of her jirating on the beach in a bikini and dancing like an autistic kid truely is. Does she think she looks good? If so that's amazing.
I've never found two people so engrossing. The fact that they can function as memebrs of society speaks volumes about the LA scene.
And what's more, Heidi needs to pull her head out of her arse and realise that Spencer spends 100% of his time controlling her. Get some god damn self respect. But I guess he has nothing else to do, aside from act like a total douche bag.
If I ever saw him on the street I would suffer from uncontrollable fits of rage and end up drowning him in a toilet bowl.
The worst part, is that if they ever vote (which i doubt..cause..like....ah.. that's for commoners) their vote is just as valid and anyone else's. That means that those two have a say in the direction of the current world super power. So so disapointing.

This is probably not that relevant, but Pratt is an amusing surname in the UK, as "prat" means something along the lines of "dork" in the US, but with a little more of a connotation of contempt. Seems appropriate here.

I think its funny that people hate other people that they don't even know.
