Jonathan Rhys Meyers, star of Showtime's The Tudors, has entered a rehab facility, his rep tells People magazine exclusively.

"After a non-stop succession of filming, Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program," his rep, Meredith O'Sullivan, says.

"He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."

The 29-year-old actor, who costarred with Scarlett Johansson in Woody Allen's Match Point last year, plays Henry VIII in The Tudors.

The series premiered on April 1, and the actor recently finished filming the drama August Rush with Keri Russell, Terrence Howard and Robin Williams.

Meyers's rep adds that "Jonathan plans to resume his schedule following completion."

Meyers joins the likes of Robbie Williams, Jesse Metcalfe, Daniel Baldwin and the great Britney Spears on the list of celebrities to enter detox of late. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson (Samba) - Joey Fatone and Kym had another great performance, despite some questionable music. Joey is a great performer and we thought he really stood out in the few solo bits that Kym gave him to do this week. Len called Joey a big swashbuckling guy, and that was a good thing. Carrie Ann thought it was one of Joey's best performances so far. The scores, (9, 9, 9).

Heather Mills and Jonathan Roberts (Paso Doble) - Coming off a trip to the bottom two, we thought Heather Mills was setting good with the paso. It's a dance that can really impress and Jonathan has proven that he can choreograph for her. Unfortunately, there were a few times when her lack of time to practice came through. She was working hard to remember the steps. Bruno praised her dramatic performance. Carrie Ann was critical of Heather's posture and hands, but liked the performance. Len thought she had great passion and fire. The scores (7, 8, 8).

John Ratzenberger and Edyta Sliwinska (Mambo) - This was another very John performance. Edyta was fantastic as usual and John left a little to be desired in his dancing. But he made up for much of that with his charm and enthusiasm. It's not that he did anything wrong, just that he is competing against Joey, Ian, and Apolo, who are clearly a step above. Based on what we expect from John, this was a nice performance overall. Carrie Ann thought he had some problems with the footwork. Len said John's enjoyment came out, but the routine was awful. Bruno was not impressed either. John took what might have been a little too much ribbing in good stride. The scores (7, 6, 6). Fair enough.

Laila Ali and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Cha Cha) - We're not sure that Laila Ali should be giving direction to her professional choreographer, but we do appreciate how committed she is to the contest. Her self choreographed funk at the end was cute, although we're not sure it was needed. Their performance was very good without it. Len called it pure gold. Bruno said Laila is turning into a magnificent obsession. Carrie Ann said it was fantastic. The scores, (9, 9, 10).

Billy Ray Cyrus and Karina Smirnoff (Jive) - The interview segment with Karina Smirnoff was interesting. She has come around to the fact that Billy Ray has to sell these performances to the fans first, because he just isn't going to get the scores for the dance. That said, this was one of Billy Ray's better performances. He's moved past focusing on counting his steps to focusing on looking like he isn't counting his steps. Carrie Ann wasn't familiar with the steps, but liked his focus. Len appreciated that they used proper jive steps. The scores, (7, 7, 7).

Heather Mills only has one leg.

But that doesn't stop her from having an abundance of opinions on various topics. And sometimes posting for naked photos.

For example, the woman with a losing attitude doesn't believe she should win Dancing with the Stars.

"I think that Apolo should win," Mills, referring to Apolo Anton Ohno, told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Monday. "He has not got any dance experience â€" I mean, none of us have except Joey [Fatone] â€" and I think he is just amazing."

As for why she thinks the contest will pass her by, Mills, said: "Well, I was in the bottom two last week. You never go in the bottom two and then end up in the finals in the history of Dancing with the Stars."

That's the spirit, Heather! And you wonder why Paul McCartney prefers Sabrina Guinness.

"I am amazed that I got this far," said Mills. "I expected to go out way long ago. I am just thankful for all of the Americans who have actually voted for me. If I go out tonight I am totally expecting it, but [partner Jonathan Roberts and I] are going to put on a great performance."

For whatever reason, Seacrest also took the opportunity to ask Mills about the topic du jour: Alec Baldwin's fiery outburst toward his 11-year-old daughter Ireland Baldwin, which was captured on a voicemail.

"It is wrong to speak to your daughter like that, but I am not someone to go, 'Ooh, that is terrible, and we are all perfect, it's all wonderful,'" said Mills, who has a 2-year-old daughter, Beatrice, and is going through a divorce from the child's father, McCartney.

"I would never speak to my daughter like that, but what you have got to remember is that his daughter lives with Kim Basinger, and we have no idea what goes [on] behind closed doors. I respect Kim, I respect Alec for his incredible Animal Rights Campaign, and we have no idea what's going on."

All well said, Heather. We can't wait to see what you have to say about Jason Wahler next.

You'd think that seeing Tara Reid nude would prepare you for anything.

Apparently, though, prison is worse for Joe Francis.

TMZ reports that the guy that offered Antonella Barba a lot of money to sell his product has far more worries at the moment than whether or not she'll accept. He's cell mates with a cop killer that won't stop harassing him.

Day and night, this murderer is reportedly taunting: Girls Gone Wild! Joe Francis! Whoo! Yes, that's the most creative chant he can think of.

But it's enough to cause "full-blown anxiety" attacks in Francis, sources say. Just imagine if inmates rubbed in his face how they'd also seen Kim Kardashian nude via her sex tape. It might be enough to drive Francis to suicide.

Meanwhile, Joe has just pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt, and is still facing more than three weeks of hard time in the Florida jail.

Other charges may still be brought, as well. Let's just say the fashion future of Britney Spears looks brighter than anything down the line for Francis.

In the world of celebrity photos, there are two kinds of scary. The first is the joking kind. See Britney Spears' (lack of) fashion sense. The second group, some of which we are about to show you, is for real scary.

Celebrity gossip magazine Us Weekly has obtained some disturbing photos of Jason Wahler engaged in what appears to be a game of Russian Roulette.

The pictures, taken last summer, show the 20-year-old Laguna Beach alum and his friend, rapper Jay 211, slamming vodka straight from the bottle, holding a pistol to their heads and then pulling the trigger.

"We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay's house in North Hollywood," says a source who witnessed the incident.

"Everyone was playing around before they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun. Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger. "

Luckily, no one got hurt.

"[Jason Wahler] is out of control. He's out of his f*%king mind," the source said.

Wahler's rep had no comment on this incident.

Wahler, the former boyfriend of The Hills star Lauren Conrad, has been in trouble with the law of late, having been arrested four times in the last nine months.

Most recently, he was busted April 9 for criminal tresspassing and assault. Jason Wahler lashed out at the arresting officer calling him a "n*%$&r, a f#*%!t, and a poor f*%k."

On March 6, Wahler was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and must turn himself in before May 4 to begin serving time after he and his girlfriend assaulted a city worker and two tow truck drivers last year.

Later this month, he's due in court again after being arrested in North Carolina on charges of resisting a public officer during an underage drinking sweep.

Last September in New York City, Wahler was charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.

These Jason Wahler photos won't lead to a fifth arrest... but they will lead The Hollywood Gossip to state that LC's and Jessica Smith's ex needs some serious help.

There's more excitement over there than a night in Vegas with Paris Hilton and Kevin Federline.

First, Shanna Moakler made perfectly good use of her MySpace account during her feud with Travis Barker. Since then, the couple has reunited.

Now, the former Miss USA and Dancing with the Stars contestant is taking to her online world again - in order to publish the contact information of Paris and Lindsay Lohan. No, seriously.

Shanna's swipe at the two airheads was a response to a blog posted on the MySpace page of Harry Morton, which gave out Shanna's contact info. Morton, of course, is Lohan's ex. Shanna believes that one of the girls is running Harry's page, and that the hard-partying starlets hacked into Shanna's phone and MySpace.

"I know for a fact he (Harry) does NOT have a MySpace account," Moakler says on her site.

A spokesperson for Lindsay - who just recently had her MySpace page hacked into supposedly - told TMZ, however: "Those are not her e-mail addresses."

It's complicated stuff, we know. You're better off just taking a look at the account of Shyamali Malakar. There are just nude guitar-playing pictures there. None of this other nonsense.

With the exception of a former colleague who defrauded its writing staff out of at least $20,000, there's no one that enrages The Hollywood Gossip more than Spencer Pratt.

Similar to Paris Hilton, the guy is famous almost strictly by association, boasting absolutely no redeeming qualities and contributing nothing to society, yet seemingly parlaying that into fame and a rather lucrative career.

It's the American way. One can at least give Spencer Pratt (pictured with girlfriend Heidi Montag) credit for exploiting his position and achieving a certain level of stardom. But how well do you really know the emerging star of MTV's The Hills?

He's one of the least sexy men alive, and one that Lauren Conrad undeniably hates. That's about all we've got.

He was featured in the reality TV show The Princes of Malibu, which followed the Jenner kids (Brody Jenner and his brother, Brandon) as well as their bitch tag-along buddy, Spencer, as they... well, do nothing all day but bother David Foster and his superstar clients.

Could it be that Sean Stewart nude photos are NOT the most disturbing news of Rod's spoiled son from the last few weeks?

TMZ has learned that one of the Sons of Hollywood is under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon.

Sean, the brother of Kimberly Stewart, along with two other males, went to a private home in Hollywood last Saturday night, where a large party was in full swing.

Sources were informed that the trio was told they were not welcome - and, shockingly, this didn't go over too well.

According to witnesses, around 4 a.m., Stewart and his buddies - none of whom included Sons of Hollywood pals, Randy Spelling or David Weintraub - began throwing bricks, rocks, a mailbox and a trash can at a Ford F150. Witnesses say Stewart then tried opened the truck door, and that Stewart and two other men started punching a husband and wife who were seated inside.

This is the sort of action that would make Jason Wahler proud. And no one else.

TMZ spoke with the man inside the truck, who claims his wife suffered "massive lacerations to her legs" from windshield glass. He says that after the alleged attack, he took her to Cedars Sinai Hospital where she was treated.

The LAPD confirms Hollywood detectives are investigating the incident.

If it's true, you can bet Alec Baldwin will soon be sending Stewart a box of chocolate for taking the World's Biggest Jerk title away from him for at least a day.

One would think that with tens of millions of dollars and little else to do, Britney Spears could hire someone to buy some freaking clothes for her.

Yet when it comes to fashion, Cue Ball is a total misfit.

As the pictures below clearly show, the girl just can't give up her cowboy hat... much like her boots, or the curtains she thinks constitute suitable outfits.

At least the nude pictures from last winter were raw and uncensored. This is just hard on the eyes, any way you look at it. Britney, you need help, girl.

While it's true she could afford to hire someone to buy her clothes, so she could improve her public image, but she's too busy firing Larry Rudolph and everyone else around her that could help her make good choices.

Even Jamie Spears has called out his daughter on this one. If her clothes are a reflection of how Britney Spears feels about herself these days... well, then she must be really messed up in the brain. Clearly, rehab didn't do the trick.

So much so that we're starting to think Kevin Federline is a normal dude. And that's a frightening, frightening thought.

Alec Baldwin is taking legal action to find out who leaked the insane voicemail tirade he left for his 11-year-old daughter to celebrity gossip site TMZ.

Baldwin has formally filed Order To Show Cause papers in Los Angeles Superior Court to find out why his ex-wife Kim Basinger and her lawyers should not be held in contempt over the tape's release.

The court papers, filed by Alec Baldwin's lawyer Vicki Greene, state:

"Petitioner (Kim Basinger) is the only parent with custody, possession and control of the minor child's telephone voicemail message that was dissemination to Harvey Levin and TMZ.com.

"I do not know how Mr. Levin received any information about the court proceeding that was closed to the public, but again, it had to come from someone connected to the proceeding, and it was not me."

TMZ is refusing comment on how it obtained the recording, in which Alec Baldwin verbally chastises his daughter and calls Basinger "a thoughtless pain in the a$$."

Baldwin, who has fought bitterly with Basinger since their separation in 2000, saw visitation rights for his daughter temporarily suspended by a California judge last week, after a judge heard the recording.

Meanwhile in other news the actor has posted an apology online, explaining that his leaked answer machine rant was the result of being "driven to the edge" by his bitter custody battle with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

The star of The Departed was reported to be taking legal action on Saturday to find out who was responsibly for the leaked three-minute recording to TMZ, in which he verbally chastised his 11-year-old daughter Ireland.

But on his official site, Baldwin blames the L.A. Confidential star for "alienating" him from young Ireland, which propelled him to lose his temper.

"Although I have been told by numerous people not to worry too much, as all parents lose their patience with their kids, I am most saddened that this was released to the media because of what it does to a child. I'm sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I have been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now... I am sorry for what happened. But I am equally sorry that a court order was violated, which had deliberately been put under seal in this case."
