Spencer is a control freak and Heidi is controlled by him. She can't piss without his permission. I feel sorry for her. Spencer is using her to get into the media and she's too stupid to figure that out. But then again, Heidi was using Lauren to get her face on TV.

I think that Heidi and Lauren should sit down and have a nice talk. They were great friends before and should at least put some effort into salvaging their friendship. Yes, Heidi is kinda of immature... but she was there for her when she broke up with Jason.
