Indeed, the The Kim Kardashian Workout for Your Mind, Body and Spirit will also give plenty of imaginations a workout picturing Kim Kardashian nude.

As the images attached to this post reveal, the brunette stays mostly clothed throughout the fitness tutorial. Still, it's a welcome change from the status quo of Kim and her rich friend, Paris Hilton, giving nothing but their wallets - and loose morals - a workout.

If sex tapes lead to fitness tapes, then looks like we can anticipate a Keeley Hazell video again in the near future. That would be cool.
