Jennifer Lopez is Psyched for American Idol

We can't vouch for how excited Chris Sligh is that J-Lo will be appearing on American Idol in April.

But Jennifer Lopez herself is counting down the days until she takes the stage.

"I'm very excited," Lopez told TV's Extra in Las Vegas on Thursday. "I watched it [Wednesday] night. I have a couple favorites."

Lopez was one of the many A-list names Access Hollywood first hinted would appear on season 6 of Idol, which was later confirmed the FOX show. Gwen Stefani and Jon Bon Jovi are also on the lineup as guest mentors this season.

Lopez, who is expected to perform on April 11, reveals she'll sing "one of my Spanish songs. I think they're doing a Latin album theme night."

Is it too late to book Shakira, as well, in that case?

Until that date, Lopez - who was in Sin City with husband Marc Anthony - is busy promoting their joint film project El Cantante at the annual ShoWest convention. Could another family affair â€" kids â€" be next on the couple's agenda?

"You're going to hear from me first and it's going to be me in handcuffs, because (I'll run) down Sunset screaming like a madman," Anthony tells Extra. "It's something that's important to us and God will make it possible whenever He says."

Well, okay then. Of course, the pair could adopt its own Pak Thien Jolie and make it possible right now.

    Jennifer lopez i never heard about you in a long time ago but now im getteing to know about you more you sound like the last name george lopez. i could get to be your biggest fan just like jonas brothers selen gomez and hannah montana or you could call her miley cyrus or destiney. i reall want to meeet you but you must be at a farway state.people loes you so much they must have your magasines in there rooms.I think your gonna be the famouse person just like other famouse people.shut.p.s

    No nobody hates, Jennifer Lopez, nor are they jealous of her. They are taking this opportunity to tell the world they believe it is wrong to kill an animal, just so you can wear theirf ur. Some people feel empathy towards animals that are skinned alive, drowned, beaten, or electrocuted by placing a rod in their rectum, just so some one can wear their fur. Some people are compassionate and are very sympathetic towards animals, and others just don't care. But it is very disappointing when some one that you admire and respect, has very little admiration and respect for some thing, that you admire and respect.... People that care and have compassion are very rich.....
