After being treated for molar pain last week, Britney Spears went to the dentist again at Century City Hospital, her manager has confirmed.

Larry Rudolph, who is doing a terrific job managing Britney's career in the last year or so, said that last Sunday, Spears made an emergency visit to see the dentist for the very same tooth that's bothering her now!

Britney Spears commented that she thought she had a chipped tooth. Our guess is that the first meeting was an examination, and she got the actual dental work done this time. We're really sorry this is news, it's a slow morning. 

The Gossip can't help but speculate that Spears doesn't really have any toothaches, and is merely looking for some creative ways to get her grubby little hands on otherwise unavailable, hard core prescription pain killers.

Come on. Is that so far fetched? People close to her, such as Jason Filyaw, will tell you she has an addictive personality. And that he loves her.

The girl was just released from rehab last week. She's sure been in great spirits since. Let's hope (for cute little Jayden James' sake) it stays that way.

We're also hoping Britney and Justin write a duet about this experience. That thing would fly off the shelves about as fast as the Dustin Diamond sex tape.
