The runner-up to everyone's favorite Miss USA has blown her chance to make headlines with Tara Conner - so the recovering alcoholic is running it back with a different, younger, occasionally lesbian beauty queen.

Indeed, Conner hooked up with Miss Teen USA Katie Blair once again ... this time on a runway.

The lovely ladies took part in the Tadashi Shoji fashion show Sunday morning, doubling as pageant-level arm candy for the designer. We're surprised Heidi Montag wasn't also invited along for PR purposes.

Conner continued her tour of contrition clad in a vampy black number, while her ex-kissing partner wore a short gold dress. This time, sadly, there was none of that impromptu girl-on-girl action these two have become famous for.

They need to invite Katie Rees along next time.
