And we officially say that a nude Kim Kardashian is a lot more entertaining than a legal-minded one.

Nevertheless, TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Kardashian against Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of her sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, singer Ray-J.

The lawsuit - which you can read here - cites "violation of right to privacy" and "right of publicity" and was filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In a statement to TMZ, the step sister of Brody Jenner said:

"This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well. I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent."

Vivid Entertainment Co-Chairman, Steven Hirsch, responded: "We are very confident in our legal position."

The legal position, huh? That may be one position Kardashian isn't familiar with. At least her best friend, Paris Hilton, can teach her about a certain style doggies seem to prefer.
