Howard K. Stern Fakes Tears over Anna Nicole Smith Death
We can't say for sure if Howard K. Stern murdered Anna Nicole Smith or not.
But we can state for the record that this lawyer's crying is pretty much as fake as Tara Reid's boobs. And those are really fake!
Here is the supposed father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern in an interview he gave on The Insider. The show paid Howard $1 million for these crocodile tears.
The only question remaining, therefore, is: Who is less respectable, Stern or David Hans Schmidt?

I have thought a lot on this issue, and I have no doubts in my mind at this point that Howard K Stern murdered Anna Nicole Smith. How many perfectly healthy 20-yr olds who, by every insistance of people who knew them, just drops dead? And the timing right after she gave birth? Odd. Then she dies right before a dna sample was to be taken on Feb 20th to determine paternity, and just before an inquest into Daniel's death in which she and others were likely to testify that Stern supplied the drugs. In Daniel's death, Stern gave conflicting reports; he said that Daniel said he wasn't tired. Then Stern went to get him some food, and after Daniel ate it, he said "why am I so tired?" Somebody accustomed to using those drugs would not have asked that question. Stern manipulatively made sure to encourage- and control Anna- into using drugs whenever she was in front of the cameras, so that when he carried out the plot to kill her, everyone would think that it was just the accidental overdose by a bimbo drug addict. Yet, she appears perfectly alert at oportune times like when she has to appear at The Supreme Court to fight for the millions. Why did they move to the Bahamas? People don't usually just up and move the Bahamas. It was because that way the non-binding "commitment ceremony" that he rushed her into having after her son's death might be held as a legal marriage in the Bahamas, where in the US it would not. Now Stern's sister is going all over the talk circuits to bolster all of his claims. Supposedly the house was broken into, but a couple paintings were left. These were paintings supposedly done by Anna Nicole Smith....one was left which, of course, Howard put right into the front of the camera. Just watch: I bet he will try to sell those paintings for thousands of dollars. Howard K Stern and his sister are both evil grubbers who are exploiting her and Stern absolutely murdered her. I hope that man pays in THIS LIFETIME. What a shame! And now the baby is being held as his pawn. Crazy.

Note that the judge is a jew and probably paid off by Stern and company. The judge too had crocodile tears when he made his decision. That was most likely to hide his complicity.

I feel so very sad for the loss of Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel. Howard K Stern should be a shamed of himself. He is a faker. This video does show that he is fake crying who does he think he is?. I know in my heart that he overdosed Anna and killed her and also her son. Howard was only thinking of the money and still is. I feel very upset about Anna Nicole's little girl being with Howard. That child should be with Larry. Howard isn't the father or he would have taken the Dna test already. He just wants to be in charge of everything. What a loser Howard is and I hope he pays for what happened to Anna and Daniel. Rest in peace Anna. You'll always be missed.

Anna Nicole and Daniel did not commit suicede or overdosed themselves.
Shortly after Howard K. Stern brought som efast food into the hospital room Daniel felt tired and then he died. Anna screemed to Howard " have you anything to do with this ? " I guess, YES.
Back to Anna the day she died.
Big Mo and his wife Tas have confirmed that Howard changed his behavior the same day Anna died.
I will guess that Howrad already knew that Anna was dead or dying at the same time he left the hotel telling Big Mo and wife that Anna was asleep.
When Tas and Brigitte found Anna in her bed, her mouth was open, and she had patches of purple on her top body and areas of her face.
It is IMPOSSIBLE getting these colours whitin 10 or 20 minutes.
If this is correct, Howard left the hotel approximately 12 p.m., Anna was dead or dying at the same time, maybe a little before. According to a sourse at Hard Rock Hotel : " When Anna was beeing wheeled out of her hotel room, she looked dead..., she was blue ".
If everything here is correct, this is a crime scene. And also regardig Daniel's death.
It might be hard to prove, but not impossible.
Anna and Daniel cannot even longer speaks for themselves.
I hope that the police and medical investigators not will close these files before both cases are solved.
Howard K. Stern is not Dannilynn's father.

Do you think possibly Howard smothered Anna while she was drugged up to kill her? It might explain the purple marks on her body and face from applying pressure with a pillow or something? Then he left her there "dead" and said she was "sleeping", so of course the nurse didn't want to disturb her. And as I understand it the nurse was on the computer in Anna's room for awhile "thinking" that Anna was "asleep" while the entire time, she was dead with her mouth open, probably trying to get her "last breath"?????? Daniel was afraid of Howard, and Anna was also suspicious of Howard. Perhaps the "fake cerimony" in the Bahama's was so that she would not have to "testify" against her so called "husband"???? If you look at the video of her stoned out of her mind with the clown make-up on, you can see when he is making fun of her while she is "out of her mind" on drugs (notice all the while he is "documenting' her drug abuse, he is straight?) Anna has a real anger / hatred in her eyes towards Howard. I also noticed this same look in the Christmas video, she looks like she can't stand Howard if you watch her facial expressions and eyes. Maybe Stern was afraid that he was "loosing control" of Anna and her money????? The mastermind behind staying at the Seminole Tribe Hotel in Florida, which has soverein rights that "regular trained homicide police & FBI don't have access to, is the perfect place to "murder" someone and get away with it. Also the Bahama's is another untrained, understaffed, place to investigate a murder of Daniel. Howard seem to dot all of his i's and cross all of his t's when it came to getting enough "documentation" to prove Anna had a "drug problem", Anna hated her mother, the will and other things that were convienetly accumulated for his exhibits.....I hope he gets nailed!

On the stand in Judge Seidlins court he mentioned that he was advised that a husband and wife could not testify against each other. But later mentioned that he was advised wrong because if the incident happend before marriage you lose that privledge. Also remember their first Bahamian attorney quit.

I believe Howard nurdered Anna Nicole. For goodness sake, he supplied her with the drugs. If you "love" someone you wouldn't give them things to hurt themselves. It is obvious that he was using Anna. He is a mean, heartless person who deserves to be punished for what he did. THen he has the nerves to go cry like he cares....please. He's in such greif and dispear that he still finds the time to go sell his stories to all the TV shows to make money off of Anna even when she's dead. He's a dangerous person and I don't believe baby Dannilyn is safe with him. He killed Daniel and Annna...woul dhe stop now. He's gonna keep going until he get all that he care about...the money. My heart goes out to Anna, who had no one who truly loved and cared about her. People were only there to take what they can from her.

First of all I believe HK$ is a murderer, NO DOUBT about it!! He had to get rid of Daniel first because Daniel was having him investugated for controlling his mom, when he would call his mom HK$ or other household members who had orders from HK$ would not let him talk to his mom, the same for Anna's mom Vergie. HK$ way of isolating Anna and making her depend on him more, by telling her no one cared but him. Daniel was to come of age in Jan. to have full control of the inheritance and HK$ would be out in the cold and left with nothing. HK$ was only the executer of the will if no one else was alive to do it, and Ron Rale, the other attorney is the second. Anna acused HK$ in the hospital of killing Daniel, She said "YOU DID THIS TO HIM" over and over until he had her sedated, this is documented by hospital personel. So was he black mailing her? I killed Daniel and you or Dannielynn could be next if you don't marry me and do what I say. Anna herself said she would never be with HK$ even if he was the last man on earth. She always put him down and talked to him like he was dirt and he probably got fed up with it after spending more than 10 years of his life following her around and taking what ever crumbs she would throw his way. I think he was in love with her at one time but when he realized she would never be his, and watching her be with everyone else after he spent moer than 10 years of his life on her and working for no one else he was about to see it all go down the drain because of Daniel. He could NOT let that happen it was what he had worked for, for so long and no one was going to take what he saw as rightfully his. So now Daniel is gone and Anna is always so messed up and he is the one setting up all the interviews of her messed up so the public can see her as a drug addict. Her mom was good enough to raise Daniel for the first 7 years of his life, do you think Anna would have left her son that she loved more than life itself eith someone that is as bad as they say she is?? Vergie works for the sherriffs dept and used to be a cop and has an unblemished record, the only time Anna ever said anything about her was in the one interview when she was bombed out of her head and HK$ was by her side leading the conversation on. She was so bombed she was spitting and slurring her words and that was because HK$ said that Vergie implied Anna had a part in killing her own son, which Vergie never said, she said to Anna you had better be careful because of who she was hanging around implying HK$ murdered Daniel. Now Anna is dead too and HK$ was there too, albeit after his little commitment ceremony in the Bahamas, that he kept saying in court that they were "MARRIED in INTERNATIONAL WATERS". Why has no one seen the "WILL that supposedly exists? Is there 2 wills and HK$ is waiting to see which one to use? If he is legally married to Anna he is excluded from the will he brings up. It excluded and future husband or future children! But if they are not married he can still be executer or is there another will, no one has seen the will only copies of it and no one is too worried about it either? HK$ never left Anna's side and yet when she is deathly ill with a fever of 105 what does he do? Leave and go buy a boat, that is put in his name and wasn't finalized until the day after her death. He is so upset and his sister said he was catatonic that he can go the next day and sign the papers to put the boat in his name. While Anna was on the way to the hospital where was HK$? Rolling on the hotel floor screaming and puttin on a heriserics show for everyone to see for someone who was not even DEAD yet?? Why not go to the hospital with her? No one had seen Anna for a minimum of 14 hours except HK$ before she was found dead, or SLEEPING. Moe saw her between 8 and 10 the night before, the last time she was seen alive by anyone besides HK$. She was supposedly to weak to make it to the bathroom that morning by herself and HK$ had to help her, yet she could get up and get all those drugs out of a duffel bag (drugs that were ALL in someone elses name but Anna's). Most were in HK$ name (8), one in the good DRs name and 2 in a ALEX KATZ name, none in Anna's name. They were all prescribed by the good DR and since her death Anna's BEST FRIEND. It took anywhere form 40 mins. to an hour and 10 mins. to call 911, depending on which report you go by. Moe even said that HK$ had been supplying Anna with drugs and that he changed his habits the day she died. I could go on and on but why bother HK$ maybe amrt but he won't be smart enough to get out of this, it is just going to take time but he will eventually get caught and have to pay for all his sins. By the way the only things taken from the house he is SQUATTING in are the things Anna told Ford Shelley to take if something happened to her, sound like someone in love? or someone that knew she would eventually be next? and he took them with the Bahama police there and they were turned over to the atorities immediatley. Why would someone who LOVES you and that you are there WHOLE LIFE as HK$ says, film you on drugs and 8 months pregnant while holding an 8 year old hostage and making her cry and watch while he laughs and talks about how much money he will make on the sale of the film?? HK$ and MONEY go hand in hand. I can't wait to see HK$ and a jail cell hand in hand.

Howard K. Stern's lawyer, L. Lin Wood, issued a statement Monday morning warning anyone who has called or implied Stern murdered Anna Nicole Smith may be sued for defamation. Anyone else who thinks about using the M word, he warns, "Don't do it."

Stern supporters, your screaming and ranting and raving and threatening and slandering will not change a thing. If Virgie is kept out of her granddaughter's life, you WIN nothing ...except to witness once again, that evil triumphed over what is fair and just.
Each time I read one of your posts, I'm reminded that a small percentage of our society is morally corrupt. You constantly post about "Stern's-winning-team" …the inference being, that to WIN, is all that counts. A "win" for Stern, means the money in the baby‘s estate will be "locked in" for Stern and all that are associated with him .
It is NOT the "winning" that counts! What really "counts", is our honor… Honor Before Riches, "Probitatem Quam divitias," "probity (or truth and honesty) rather than riches." Think about this before you post your "Stern's gonna win" idiocy.

I think Howard K. Stern's constant delay tactics on the inquest of Daniel Smith is very supicious as was the dna testing which he also delayed and which was ruled against his favor. What is he hiding? He is his own worse enemy and is hated by millions of people who think he has something to hide or he would not be delaying or even trying to dismiss the daniel smith inquest. He is supposed to be the star witness but is afraid of this inquest as he has asked the Supreme Court to dismiss it. That is unimagineable. He has intimidated the courts and jerked them around and seems to be getting away with it.
