The Hollywood Gossip note: The following post presumes that Paris Hilton was not in any way involved with the website, parisexposed.com.
This seems as likely as Miss America Lauren Nelson NOT having a nude picture past - but we'll go with it for now in order to bring you the news:
On Monday, Paris slapped a federal lawsuit on the website that's displaying private photos, videos, diaries and other possessions she had kept in storage, the Associated Press reports.
Parisexposed.com lets visitors paying $39.97 view Hilton's passport, bank statements, medical records and other legal documents that the site claims were auctioned off after Hilton failed to pay the rent on a Los Angeles-area storage facility. There's also many nude Paris Hilton photos.
In her legal papers, the spoiled wench says the items went into a 6,000-sq.-ft. storage unit two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky Hilton, moved out of a house that had been burglarized.
Paris claims a moving company was to pay the storage fees.
"I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters' (sic) private personal belongings for commercial gain," Hilton said in a statement accompanying the lawsuit.
Right. Sure. We believe you, Paris. You've never released a sex tape for the same reasons or anything.
We put more stock in these grainy Jayden James Federline pictures than anything you have to say.
