daughtry is a great singer!! melissas just jealous because its a hit for daughtry. and personally i could care less if daughtry wrote the song or not.! his band is still my favorite band whether he wrote that song or not!

this song was written 6 years ago by a band in west virginia called snake oil and rerecorded by 11 11 and written by doug burkhammer

I personally LOVE Chris Daughtry and couldn't care less if he wrote the song or not. He is an awesome vocalist and that is all that REALLY matters!

I like the song. It credits Mark as well as three other guys. He did not write it alone, though Melissa wants credit ONLY to her idiot. The best songs on this CD are fully written by Daughtry or collaborations of the same. Damn good CD which would be nothing without Chris' voice.

Well believe it or not, I heard the original version of its not over myself at the ex guitarist for course of natures studio, which has the exact same words and melody as Daughtrys new song. Im not a fan of either and could care less but hey give credit where credit is due and there is no doubt, they wrote parts of that song.

Forget what I said. I did not know that they gave credit to Mark Wilkerson after all. Chris probably did the same with his older stuff. I am sorry for what I said about him.

I am not surprised about Daughtry. I knew someone would catch him on plagiarism. His old stuff was full of stolen lines.

why is this such a shock? daughtry has admitted to only writing the chorus. i guess he meant he only wrote the words of the chorus. LOL! i dont know who she is, but more power to her for saying something. why are we saddled with this daughtry dude anyway?
