Two-time Academy Award winner Hilary Swank plays a real-life teacher who becomes an inspiration for troubled teens in the movie Freedom Writers, which opens this weekend.

At the premiere last night in L.A., Hilary met up with Patrick Dempsey, who plays her husband. Even though they worked together while filming the movie, she can't help but be struck by how good looking the Grey's Anatomy leading man is.
