Lets think about it, has anyone really thought about all of the convienences that was in Howards best interest, such as Anna was in Florida and the baby in the Bahamas! The baby can't be touched in the Bahamas, however, if he had planned to kill her, he would have wanted the baby in the Bahamas. How convienent for him! He doesn't even blink when he speaks, he is a stone....what is up with that? He did it, all Americans know it...I hope justice is served! Give that baby to Larry! HKS has no business with a baby that could end up dead once he has the chance to change any other paperwork and then maybe even pull life insurance policys on the child...who knows what he will do. He is not a fit parent...even if he was the father...he fed Anna drugs...he fed her son drugs....where is the social system and why isn't anyone in the Bahamas doing anything....I will not travel there if they let this go...Americans need to Ban the Bahamas! I just changed my cruise ship to go to the Myan ruins...Stand up for that baby...put pressure on the Bahamas, after all we sent a child back by guns in his face back to Cuba but we can't protect that baby?...Howard needs to be investigated here in America....catch the killer!

I am very troubled that HKS arranged for the overdoses of Daniel to get him out of the way and possibly for the insurance money and Anna had to go too, so he could be considered the father and only heir to Daniellynn and executor of the money from the outstanding lawsuit. This man is just a Gigalo with a law degree. I have first hand knowledge of the inner workings of the Bahamas and they are not to be trusted to even want to try to get this matter cleared up in a truly legal or honest way. The GDP of the Bahamas is tourism first and financial institutions holding foreigner dollars and money laundering second. They have very little source of income after that. I suggest we hit them where they live, in their tourist dollars. There are plenty of other places to visit in the world and no one needs to see or deal with anything or anyone that was involved in this horrible tragic story. Don't give a dollar or a dime to Howard Stern for publicity or to the Bahamas in rewarding their dishonesty and corruption in this matter. How very sad. I believe that the babys real father is Larry Berkhead and he deserves a chance to raise that child and love her. By the way the attorney who rushed in to represent Annas mother is a true Money Shark who made all his money from sueing breast implant companies and owns 900 collector cars....he is only there because he smells money. He bills over $1,000.00 an hour.

Yes I believe Howard K Stern killed both Daniel and Anna Nicole for money. Why didn't he take Anna to a doctor with 105 temp? Why did he give drugs to Daniel? Howard had to get Daniel out of the way of the money. I hope the police question Howard more and find out what involvement he had in these 2 deaths. Money is a strong motive.

Howard K Stern is a murderer,a snake that is going to killed Danielynn as a Daniel and his mother Anna (if the justice doesn't do anything).
It's obvious he was planning everything long time ego may be when Anna confirmed her inheritance from her former husband.
He took control to Anna and pushing her to deth.
Before he had to be sure to eleminate Anna's son and now Danielynn's life..... who knows?...,please someone helped the little girl before is too late.
"Effect after cause".....he is gonna get something worse that he already did!!!!

I believe in my heart that Howard K Stern had to do with the death of Anna and Daniel. I really believe that he overdosed them both with drugs. I think that Howard is a fake and a joke. Howard seems like he was very controlling of what ever Anna did. Also I believe that Howard isn't the father of Anna's little baby girl. If he was the father he would have taken the dna test already. I think that he is thinking about the money and only the money. That child needs to be taken from Howard and handed over to Larry before something happens to the child too. Howard your a horrible man what gave you the right to take two lives. You had no right and should pay for what you did too Anna and Daniel.

Howard is guilty guilty guilty! Anna needed professional help for her drug addiction and for some reason he failed her!! Daniel was a citizen of the US and was only visiting his mom and new baby sister to persuade Anna to return home and do the right thing-submit to the paternity test! There is no doubt Larry is the father! Howard is only interested in MONEY!!! Virgie is and always will be Anna's mother and Daniel's grandmother! The Probate Court was a joke! Anna's body should have gone to her MOTHER! Virgie would not have rested until Daniel was laid to rest by his mother's side! It makes me sick to think a Judge would make such a decision! Anna was in such a drugged state, she had no control over where Howard chose to bury Daniel. Howard's name is on the contract for the gravesites. Howard took advantage of her mental condition to protect himself and his future possible assets!
Why didn't Big Moe or any of Anna's other friends call an ambulance, when she had the 105 fever? For God's sake, they all are guilty for not getting Anna immediate medical attention. THEY will have to live with the guilt of turning their backs on Anna, when she needed help most...especially her so called Attorney! Anna would not have been able to "reside" in the Bahamas without help from more of her "friends". They might have done more to first insist Anna resolve the paternity suit. "Two wrongs do not make a right". The main issue right now should be to return Anna's baby to her rightful father! Let's hope her medical condition is sound! How long did Anna have to wait before someone realized she was dead, before they called 911? Where was Howard? What could have been more important than the medical condition of his future bride and the mother of his child? Let's hope that justice is served in the death of two individuals. An innocent life could be in jeopardy..at the least. If Howard wanted to make a deal with Larry regarding money, before he relinquished the baby, that says it all!

I agree with all the above comments, HOward K. Stern caused Daniel and Anna Nicole's deaths. There is a witness who saw him give Daniel Methadone. After Daniel died, the witness saw him toss the remainder of the Methadone down the toilet. Howard planned, I believe, the move to Bahamas for obvious reasons. He totally controlled Anna in most of her decisions. There will be an inquest, I believe on 3/26/07, re Daniel Smith's death. It is now a possible murder investigation. Let us pray justice is served and the baby will be safe.

Any video we see now of Anna Nicloe before her death she is sure in a drugged state of mind Who was keeping that supplied and why was someone like Howard k Stern not trying to get her sober and off drugs so she could care for that beautiful baby I still believe that Howard killed both Daniel and Anna Nicole by the supply of drugs and shots YUK infection Why not see a doctor? This is Murder Does anyone care to check it out?

NOBODY in this site has the right to judge people you do not know that man. You do not know what he is like and if any of you had any clue as to what you where talking about you might have watched her interviews when she was alive she hated her mother she had not talked to her in over 15 years. Get your facts right before you start judging a man who deserve's a trial aleast.

Hey Nicole. Have you ever heard 'seeing is believing'? You don't need to be a top criminal investigator to see the signs all around. We know what he is like...open your eyes and look. Sad to say it, but there are bad people in the world who do awful things, so take off your rosy colored glasses & remove your head from out of your ass once in a while. Why else would the creep fail to have a DNA test?

Questions: Why did Anna Nicole move to the Bahamas when she loved the attention and celebrity of her trying to be like M.Monroe? Her move would be to place her outside of the Jurisdiction of the U.S. government so prevent an FBI investigation on her sudden death. Why were there so trememdous amounts of sedative and depressant drugs , many of which were not even prescribed in her name.
There was not much food in her fridge even on the day she was murdered...but there was plenty to drink. the killer would have no problem putting the deadly concoction of drugs without her knowledge at night or even during the day..
knowing Anna Nicole would drink what was in her fridge. The killer would then have an alibi by being conveniently very far away from the scene when Anna Nicole was dying ( she was having fever and vomiting (poisoned).

look here why was there so amount of drugs level was so highest of all times was in her system and plus Daniel Smith. why didn't anyone pay attenation to this and say the strongest amount of drugs that kills them both! common sense Howard Stern had all plan it out and say it is drug accidently...oh please two persons in 5 months apart? oh far out! even a little kids can figure out and saying Howard Stern surely did it. why can't FBI and CSI do better than that? is this saying quote Howard Stern doing a perfect crime? no arrest to be made? Howard Stern have peace of mind for now since He has so much money to support the system and attorney. Concept of Titanic ship only people with low salary have to be bottom of boat and lock up and let the rich goes off first. is this how the system of law treat low salary Citizen as second class?

oh my gosh! cannot image police rule this out murder! what the heck wrong with police in Florida, cannot mess with Howard Stern? tell me why CSI on TV done a heck a lot better job than the real CSI in Florida? even we all have feeling in guts that Howard have done something to two innocent human beings. he knew when money is coming and two of them are dead. Anna's momma is right all along and told Anna on national TV to be careful or you be next. Anna was too drug up to think. this is very sad.
