Anna Nicole Smith: The Possible Murder Case
We often joke about Anna Nicole Smith.
After all, have you seen any of these pictures?
But the fact that the Coroner in the Bahamas will conduct a formal inquest into the death of her son, Daniel, isn't very funny. TMZ has even learned one of the witnesses will testify that Howard K. Stern gave Anna's son one of the drugs that killed him.
The inquest will be held on March 26.
More than 20 witnesses will be called in the case, including Smith and Stern.
A source in the coroner's office says one of the witnesses will testify that Stern allegedly gave Daniel Smith methadone. Moreover, the witness will testify that Stern flushed the remaining methadone down the toilet after Daniel died.
The coroner made a quick decision to hold the inquiry after getting the police file on the case last Friday. Meanwhile, a paternity test to determine the real father of Dannielyn Hope Marshall Stern is due by January 23.
What a sad mess.

I'm beginning to think this myself. They seem to both have had troubled lives, but seems really fishy with her only her daughter left and Howard K. Stern having custody of her. At least for the moment. Let's pray that her real father finally gets custody of her.

Just a fictional story...
Daniel Smith was murdered either on purpose or it was an attempt on Anna Nicole Smith's life that failed on her, but succeeded on Daniel Smith.
Poison (drugs) placed in Anna Nicole Smith's food or drink. Anna Nicole Smith was asleep, food delivered, Daniel Smith was thirsty or hungry and took a drink of Anna's beverage or ate a piece of fruit off her dish since her knew would not cared. With Daniel Smith not wanting to leave his sick mothers side - it is very easy to see this happening.
Now, an attempt on Anna Nicole Smith's life was successful.
Poison and drugs are so deadly in such minute amounts - in the intelligence community it is the preferred method of murder. Real hitmen do not use please - unless they want everyone to know !
$440 million at stake in a re-trial... well - that is $440,000,000 reasons more than is necessary for murder. Just add revenge and stir well.
In addition, I do not subscribe to or believe in the planted evidence or the not existence forensics in some foreign tropical island.
Just a story... repeat again... it is just a story.

Daniel's death as a failed attempt on Anna Nicole's life doesn't make sense because if she were to have died, it would have left the money. Daniel had to be eliminated first.

I think we may all be suprised and the baby might be Howards, and maybe because he knows this for sure, he knows whatever money Anna may win back in the Federal court will now go straight to DannieLyn, I always knew Howard was a weirdo, he gives me the creeps. I think a full investigation needs to be made on him, you know what they say, the spouse is the first to blame! and there is a LOT at stake!

He killed Anna after she learned the truth

And then in a few more weeks he will lean that the kid is NOT his. Ha ha ha. All for naught.

it's so sad, because probably this howard stern will get off scott free. somehow. it's just tragic. anna nicole smith did not know who to trust. she trusted all the wrong people. her mother was right. i just hope that justice is served. this case reaks of murder all around.

think it has gone this way...COURT DATEis scheduled in the Bahamas for March 26th. STEARN is afraid that Anna, in her drugged state of mind, will tell that, indeed, he, STEARN gave Daniel the fatal drug, so he did the same thing to Anna not willing to take a chance. Dear God, don't let him get by with this like O.J.

mara i agree - Howard stern got rid of the only person in annas life that genuinely loved and cared for her - Daniel Now i feel so sad - In all of Daniels pictures you can see he was a sweet sensitive guy what a sad loss - I truly believe howard killed anna as you suggested to silence her - remember she was a witness in daniels trial - Howard looks like a controlling slithering snake - where is the baby???? reports are saying she wasn't in the hotel room ?
also sterns lawyers are preventing dna samples being taken from Anna - whats the likelihood of the snake switching babies...

Arthur scheduled the emergency trip to the islands to "check all her options" in the custody battle over her granddaughter, Dannielynn -- this according to a close family friend who is currently on the trip.
According to our source, "Virgie is very concerned for the safety and well-being of her granddaughter. The man who has custody of Dannielynn (Howard K. Stern) was with her daughter and grandson Daniel when they died ... under mysterious circumstances. All she cares about is the welfare of the baby."

another weird thing....anna died on the mickosoukee indian reservation....which means that tribal police, hospitals, etc. dealt with her first..probably the reason for such a horrifying clip of her body covered in the white sheet....stern knew it would take days before broward/dade detectives got ahold of the case..

HI i am fron Canada and i was very touch and sad that Anna was dead. I am 100% sure that Howard had something to do with Anna and his son death. Maybe convince her to take somes deadly cocktail medications. She was soo happy to have a little girl this Howard is a murder for sure...

A source told Reuters that Dannielynn was cared for overnight by the mother of Bahamian Immigration Minister Shane Gibson but was picked up this morning by Stern, who flew out of Nassau with the child to an unknown destination.

I am very dissapointed in the police for ruling out murder. Howard K Stern need to be checked out thoroughly. What is the matter with the authorities in Florida. I hope that an investigator really get to the bottom of this case. This case is reaked with suspecision. Not because her life style was not perfect, any murderer can use her own medication to murder her. Please someone help Nichole rest in peace.

1000% he killed them. everything is set up look at it. all the things started happening after stern got ingaged to anna! it is too coincidental, he planned it for eg. the same drugs, both times howard stepped out, one in bahamas and the other in the reservation,and on and on 5 month apart and ofcourse 4 months after he married her. come on. somebody do something.he thinks he is so smart. I hope her family wont let this guy get away. Whr are the police i hope he isnot paying them
