The British singer is climbing up the UK charts and recently won X Factor, the equivalent of American Idol for our English counterparts. What, you've never heard of her?

Don't worry, Lewis will soon be as well known as Kristin Cavallari is these parts.

How come? Because Simon Cowell is bringing the 21-year old along for Idol's sixth season. She'll make a guest appearance some time in the next couple months.

The cantakerous judge compares this beautiful Brit to American singers such as Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Sadly, you know what that means, right, Leona?

Expect a lawsuit from Mariah any day now.

    Leona's album is now due for release on 12th Nov. There are no other albums floating around but there is lots of old Leona material on the internet, which she had made prior to entering the X Factor. www.leonalewisfansite.co.uk

    im so proud of her, she wowed us every week on x factor here in the uk, i hope the americans love her just as much as us brits... although i do feel abit sad that you's are takin her away from us... but good luck leona, you have such a great voice at just 21, think of how great it will be when you have more experience
