The shameful Miss USA is scheduled to enter rehab in Pennsylvania on Thursday, Donald Trump, who co-owns the Miss Universe organization, confirmed to People magazine.

Conner is expected to stay at the facility for three weeks, according to a source.

On Tuesday, Trump allowed Conner to retain her title despite allegations of drug and alcohol abuse, indiscretions with men and even women - especially Miss Teen USA, Katie Blair.

"I've always been a believer in second chances. Tara is good person. Tara has tried hard. Tara is going to be given a second chance," Trump said at a press conference before announcing that Conner would go to rehab for alcohol abuse.

All of this, somehow, has led to an exciting feud between Trump and Rosie O'Donnell. She's called him immoral. He's called he disgusting.

It's the sort of catfight we'd expect between Kristen Cavallari and Lauren Conrad.
